A criminal mischief report was taken Wednesday morning from the high school for graffiti on a building.

Janice Kay Paasch, 52, 801 East 14th St., was arrested Wednesday morning in her home and is accused of first-degree criminal mistreatment.

Cory James Winder, 22, 3220 West 7th St., was arrested Wednesday afternoon during a traffic stop in the 2800 block of West 7th Street and is accused of driving while suspended.

Christopher Sean Casteel, 26, 1017 Pomona St. Unit D, was arrested Wednesday afternoon in the 1000 block of Pomona Street on a Tri-County warrant for parole violation. Jacob David Wilson, 22, 717 East 18th St., was also arrested and is accused of hindering prosecution and probation violation.

A criminal mischief report was taken Wednesday afternoon in the 1700 block of East 14th Street.

A runaway report was taken Wednesday afternoon from the 900 block of Washington Street.

A burglary report was taken Wednesday evening from the 800 block of Hostetler Way.

Wasco County

A second-degree burglary report was taken Wednesday evening from the 3400 block of Sandlin Road after a victim reported someone broke into his shop and took some items.

Regional Jail

Brandon Grant Logan, 36, Kalama, Wash., was transported by Clark County and jailed Wednesday after being arrested on a Gilliam County warrant for first-degree failure to appear.

Stephen Keith Taggart, 24, Salem, was transported by Marion County and jailed Wednesday after being arrested on a circuit court warrant for probation violation.

Parole and Probation

William Anthony Henry, 37, no listed address, was arrested Wednesday afternoon at the in-lieu site on a circuit court warrant for three counts of probation violation.
