The Dalles City

Sept. 26, 11:06 a.m. – Single vehicle versus stop sign, non-injury crash, West 7th and Richland streets. Driver backed over a stop sign in the area. A temporary sign was placed. A report was taken.

Oregon State Police

Sept. 26, 11:56 p.m. – Two vehicle, non-injury crash, Interstate 84 westbound, milepost 116. Alejandro Casillas Casarrubias, 36, Clackamas and Sam Graychild Jackson, 28, Madras, were the involved drivers. Casarrubias was cited for careless driving. A report was taken.

Personnel responded to eight calls for emergency medical services.

The Dalles City

A stolen vehicle report was taken Thursday morning from the 800 block of East 8th Street.

A stolen vehicle report was taken Thursday morning from the 3800 block of West 6th Street.

A criminal mischief report was taken Thursday morning from the 700 block of Court Street after a victim reported his shed was damaged.

A hit and run report was taken Thursday morning from the 700 block of Pomona Street after a witness observed an RV take out a mirror of a parked car.

Nathaniel Adam Sheppard, 32, Twain Harte, Calif., was arrested Thursday afternoon in the 100 block of Union Street on a Tri County warrant for violation of post-prison supervision sanctions.

A theft report was taken Thursday afternoon from the 2700 block of West 6th Street after a victim reported their cell phone was stolen.

A stolen vehicle was recovered Thursday evening from the 1000 block of Home Street. The incident is under investigation.

Paul William Mims, 23, 4405 Highway 30, was arrested early Friday morning in the 2600 block of West 10th Street and is accused of violation of a restraining order.

Wasco County

Deputy responded to Dufur Thursday morning after a resident reported being attacked by a dog. A report was taken and the incident is under investigation.

Oregon State Police

A male driver was cited and released for unlawful possession of marijuana during a traffic stop early Friday morning on Highway 197 and Bret Clodfelter Way.
