The Dalles City

April 3, 12:13 p.m. – Two vehicle, non-injury crash, West 2nd and Cherry Heights streets. Officer assisted with the exchange of information; no citations were issued.

April 3, 9:06 p.m. – Single vehicle versus parked car, non-injury crash, location not released by the department. A female driver backed into a parked ambulance. A report was taken and information was exchanged.

Police Reports

The Dalles City

Police responded to the middle school Thursday morning after administrative staff reported a student was found with cigarettes in her locker and several other students were detained as they were possibly high on marijuana. A female juvenile was arrested and lodged at the juvenile detention facility and is accused of unlawful delivery of marijuana, endangering the welfare of a minor and probation violation.

William James Thew, 27, no listed address, was arrested Thursday afternoon in the 700 block of West 12th Street and is accused of probation violation.

Stephen Randall Shockey, 22, 310 East 12th St., was arrested Thursday evening in the 800 block of Pomona Street on a circuit court warrant for failure to appear.

Anthony Marcus Roettger, 27, 314 East 13th St., was arrested Thursday evening in the 700 block of East 2nd Street and is accused of driving under the influence of intoxicants.

Wasco County

An informational report was taken Thursday morning at a location undisclosed by the department.

William Dalton Adams, 18, 3817 West 10th St. No. 43, was arrested Thursday afternoon in his home and is accused of fourth-degree domestic assault.

Oregon State Police

Randy James Grimes, 44, Salem, was arrested Thursday morning during a traffic stop on Interstate 84 westbound, milepost 132 and is accused of driving under the influence of intoxicants.

An agency assist report was taken Thursday afternoon in the 3800 block of West 10th Street after assisting Wasco County with a domestic investigation.
