April 22, 10:45 a.m. – Two vehicle, non-injury crash, No location given by the department. Officer assisted with the exchange of information.

Fire

Mid-Columbia Fire & Rescue

April 22, 4:41 p.m. – Personnel responded to the 400 block of East Scenic Drive on a report of an automatic fire alarm. Upon arrival nothing was showing near the building and the occupants were standing outside. The area where the alarm was going off was checked and no problem was found. The alarm was reset.

Personnel also responded to four calls for emergency medical services.

The Dalles City

A criminal mischief report was taken Tuesday morning from East 14th and Kelly streets after a vehicle was located with slashed tires and a broken window.

An informational report was taken Tuesday morning from a location undisclosed by the department after a victim advised a wanted poster was stolen.

Theodore Frank Spencer, 49, 312 Court St. No. 212, was arrested Tuesday morning in the 300 block of Court Street on a Multnomah County warrant for second-degree failure to appear on a reckless driving charge.

A theft report was taken Tuesday morning at the police station after a victim came in to report two laptops were stolen from a location undisclosed by the department.

A theft report was taken Tuesday afternoon from a location undisclosed by the department after a victim reported his bicycle was stolen.

An informational report was taken Tuesday afternoon after a mother called police to report her juvenile son had stolen some items from a store. The son was contacted and he stated the items were purchased. The items were seized until the store had a chance to review the security tapes to see if subject stole or paid for the items.

A runaway report was taken Tuesday afternoon from a location undisclosed by the department.

A restraining order violation report was taken Tuesday afternoon from a location undisclosed by the department.

William Lionel Neary IV, 23, 1125 East 9th St., was arrested Tuesday evening at his home and is accused of three counts of probation violation.

Police responded to the 1400 block of West 6th Street Tuesday evening after an employee reported four juvenile females fled the store with items. The suspects were located across the street and all items were returned to the store. They were trespassed from the store and business declined to pursue further charges.

A second-degree theft report was taken Tuesday evening from a location undisclosed by the department after a caller reported her son’s bicycle was stolen.

Wasco County

Kenneth Allen Matney, 37, 1025 Sevenmile Hill Rd., was arrested early Wednesday morning near Taylor Lake on a circuit court warrant for failure to appear.

Oregon State Police

Jonathan Ellis Stelzer, 42, Dufur, was arrested Tuesday evening during a traffic stop on Interstate 84 westbound, milepost 94 and is accused of providing false information to a police officer. He was also arrested on a Hood River County warrant for second-degree failure to appear and a Multnomah County warrant for second-degree failure to appear.

Deven Geolle Davye, 24, Williston, Idaho, was arrested Tuesday evening during a traffic stop on Interstate 84 eastbound, milepost 89 and is accused of unlawful possession of marijuana and unlawful possession of ecstasy.

Regional Jail

Lorenzo Kelly Kimball, 57, 604 Scenic Dr., was arrested by the Union Pacific Police near the 5000 block of Discovery Drive Tuesday afternoon and is accused of first-degree criminal mischief, first-degree criminal trespass, and second-degree theft.

Parole & Probation

Larry John Barker, 53, 118 West 4th St. No. 29, was arrested Tuesday morning in the community corrections office and is accused of parole violation.
