April 23, 9:55 a.m. – Two vehicle, non-injury crash, 700 block of Pomona Street. One driver was cited for driving without a license. Officer assisted with the exchange of information and a report was taken.

Oregon State Police

April 24, 1:26 a.m. – Single vehicle versus deer, injury crash, Interstate 84 eastbound, milepost 80. Driver struck a deer while driving east on the freeway killing the deer. The driver was transported to the hospital for injuries sustained in the crash. A report was taken.

The Dalles City

Davis Parker Ball, 18, 700 East 4th St., was arrested Wednesday morning in his home and is accused of unlawful delivery of marijuana and frequenting a place of controlled substance abuse.

Brandon Sterling Frakes, 33, 918 East 7th St., was arrested Wednesday afternoon at the police station and is accused of contempt of court for violating a restraining order.

Martin Ray Dillon, 46, 918 Snipes St., was arrested Wednesday evening in the 900 block of Snipes Street and is accused of driving under the influence of intoxicants.

Police responded to the In-Lieu site Wednesday evening on a report of an altercation. Caller reported a male driver had backed over a generator in which the owner of the generator started an altercation. The driver had fled the scene prior to officer arrival.

Cole Dee William Hagedorn, 20, 700 East 4th St., was arrested Wednesday evening and is accused of unlawful delivery of marijuana and frequenting a place of controlled substance abuse.

Jorge Daniel Alcantar Avila, 18, 700 East 4th St., was also arrested and is accused of unlawful delivery of marijuana and frequenting a place of controlled substance abuse.

Police responded to the hospital Wednesday evening after an employee called to report a child was brought in showing signs of abuse. The incident is under investigation.

Police responded to the 2100 block of West 6th Street Wednesday evening after an employee reported a suspect came into their establishment and ate a large meal and declined to pay for it as he had no money. The suspect was cited and released for theft of services.

Kory Thomas Russell, 29, 2233 West 13th St., was arrested early Thursday morning in his home and is accused of first-degree assault, four counts of second-degree assault, and first-degree criminal mistreatment.

Wasco County

Deputy responded to Dufur Wednesday morning after school administrative staff learned that a student had made verbal threats about other students on a social media site. Contact was made with the juvenile who advised he had no intentions of hurting anyone that he was expressing his displeasure with being picked on with words.

Deputy responded to a location undisclosed by the department early Thursday morning after a victim called to report a neighbor’s dog was killing their chickens. The incident is under investigation.

Oregon State Police

Patricia Ann Kopecky, 64, Portland, was arrested Wednesday evening during a traffic stop on Interstate 84 westbound, milepost 88 and is accused of driving under the influence of intoxicants.

Richard David Bronson, 56, Pendleton, was arrested Wednesday evening during a traffic stop in the 3200 block of Bret Clodfelter Way and is accused of driving under the influence of intoxicants.

Regional Jail

Reuben Lynn Davis, 40, Portland, was transported by Multnomah County and jailed Wednesday after being arrested on a Sherman County warrant for first-degree aggravated theft, second-degree burglary, three counts of first-degree theft, and first-degree criminal mischief.

Joshua Paul Hasty, 30, Portland, was transported by Multnomah County and jailed Wednesday after being arrested on a circuit court warrant for probation violation.

Kenneth Norman Cook, 76, Prineville, was transported by Multnomah County and jailed Wednesday after being arrested on a Wheeler County warrant for attempting to elude a police officer, hit and run, reckless driving, recklessly endangering, and second-degree criminal mischief.

Brandon Grant Logan, 36, Kelso, Wash., was transported by Multnomah County and jailed Wednesday after being arrested on a circuit court warrant for two counts of violation of post-prison supervision sanctions.

Jacob David Wilson, 23, no listed address, was transported by Multnomah County and jailed Wednesday after being arrested on a circuit court warrant for three counts of first-degree failure to appear.

Nicole Jenene Bratton, 31, Dallesport, was transported by Klickitat County and jailed Wednesday after being arrested on a circuit court warrant for probation violation.

Travis Lawrence Cooper, 25, 717 West 10th St., was arrested Wednesday afternoon in the community corrections office and is accused of contempt of court.
