April 25, 7:52 a.m. – Two vehicle, non-injury crash, West 3rd and Liberty streets. Officer assisted with the exchange of information.

Fire

Mid-Columbia Fire & Rescue

April 25, 4:35 p.m. – Personnel responded to the 400 block of East Scenic Drive on a report of a fire alarm. Nothing was visible upon arrival. The building was checked and no problem was found. The alarm was reset.

April 26, 4:51 p.m. – Personnel responded to the 400 block of East Scenic Drive on a report of a fire alarm. Nothing was visible upon arrival. The building was checked and no problem was found. This was the fourth call in four days of an alarm activation. Maintenance staff were advised to have the alarm checked as it may be faulty.

April 27, 8:33 a.m. – Personnel responded to the 2100 block of State Road on a report of a structure fire. Caller reported observing a large fire and it looked like a travel trailer or a manufactured home was burning. Mosier Fire arrived on scene first to advise the fire was a large burn pile of wood debris, a small travel trailer, and other illegal materials. The property owner was counseled on following the burning regulations and following the guidelines of his permit.

April 27, 11:00 p.m. – Personnel responded to the 700 block of West 17th Street on an odor investigation. A caller reported a strong odor of natural gas in the area. The immediate and surrounding area of the smell was checked and no problem was found.

Personnel also responded to five calls for emergency medical services on Friday, seven on Saturday, seven on Sunday and ten on Monday.

A criminal mischief report was taken Friday morning from a location undisclosed by the department after a victim reported a window on their vehicle was broken out.

A hit and run report was taken Friday morning from the 400 block of Mt. Hood Street after a victim reported her vehicle was struck while parked in the area.

A found property report was taken Friday morning from the 2100 block of West 6th Street after staff reported a bicycle was left on the property. The bike was retrieved and taken to impound.

A found property report was taken Friday afternoon from the 3300 block of West 6th Street after staff reported finding a bicycle on the property. The bike was retrieved and taken to impound.

Juan Miguel Angel Olmos Medina, 19, 513 East 13th St., was arrested Friday afternoon in the 400 block of West 3rd Street and is accused of unlawful delivery of heroin, two counts of unlawful possession of heroin, unlawful delivery of marijuana, unlawful possession of marijuana, and frequenting a place of controlled substance abuse.

An identity theft report was taken Friday evening from a location undisclosed by the department after a victim reported her credit card information was being used for unauthorized transactions.

James Foy Routh II, 42, 1521 East 13th St., was arrested Friday evening in the 2500 block of West 2nd Street and is accused of violating post-prison supervision sanctions.

A runaway report was taken Friday evening from a location undisclosed by the department after a grandmother reported her granddaughter was missing. The granddaughter was located later in the evening and it was determined the subject was not a runaway and had premade plans to stay with a friend.

Stephen Ray Worthington, 21, Milwaukie, was arrested Friday evening in the 2700 West 7th Street on a circuit court warrant for probation violation and a Clackamas County warrant for parole violation.

A second-degree theft report was taken Saturday morning from a location undisclosed by the department after staff advised a fire extinguisher was stolen.

Kevin Louis Steers, 50, Dallesport, was arrested Saturday morning at East 3rd and Union streets and is accused of two counts of violation of a restraining order.

A third-degree theft report was taken Saturday evening from the 1200 block of West 6th Street after a staff reported three subjects fled the store without paying for merchandise.

A restraining order report was taken Saturday evening from a location undisclosed by the department after a victim reported a male suspect was near her workplace as he is not supposed to be; the incident is under investigation.

A third-degree theft report was taken Saturday evening in the 2600 block of West 6th Street after staff reported a male suspect stole several bags of cans from a donation cart.

Police responded to a location undisclosed by the department Saturday evening after several large bangs were heard in the area. Contact was made with some subjects who were lighting illegal fireworks. It couldn’t be determined who was actually lighting them but what was left of them were confiscated.

A theft report was taken Sunday morning from the 2700 block of West 7th Street after a victim reported some medication was taken from her home.

A runaway report was taken Sunday afternoon from a location undisclosed by the department.

A hit and run report was taken Sunday afternoon from the 1300 block of West 6th Street.

A restraining order violation report was taken Sunday afternoon from the 400 block of Jefferson Street after a victim reported a male suspect followed her to a restaurant violating the court order; the incident is under investigation.

A theft report was taken Sunday afternoon from a location undisclosed by the department after a victim reported she had some items taken from her home.

A theft report was taken Sunday evening from the 2600 block of West 6th Street after a victim reported their bicycle was stolen.

Kevin Ray Flowers, 47, 1714 East 9th St., was arrested Sunday evening in the 400 block of West 7th Street and is accused of felon in possession of a restricted weapon, unlawful possession of methamphetamines, and unlawful delivery of methamphetamines.

Terry Robert William Morrison, 47, 315 West 6th St. No. 15, was arrested early Monday morning in his home on a circuit court warrant for parole violation. Thomas Elliott West, 33, Kent, was also arrested on a Tri-County warrant for parole violation.

An unlawful entry into a motor vehicle report was taken Monday morning from a location undisclosed by the department after an employee advised a work truck had been entered overnight and had some items missing.

A theft report was taken Monday morning at Kramer Field after a victim reported some items were missing from the field.

A theft report was taken Monday morning from the 2600 block of West 6th Street after a victim reported her debit card was stolen and someone was using it.

A theft report was taken Monday afternoon from a location undisclosed by the department after a victim reported a bicycle was stolen.

A theft report was taken Monday afternoon from a location undisclosed by the department after a victim reported someone had taken her debit card and it has since been used.

A harassment report was taken Monday afternoon from a location undisclosed by the department after a parent called to report his juvenile daughter was being harassed daily by a student as they walk home from school. The father advised he has notified school administration about the issue but nothing has been done as it has gone on for months. The incident is under investigation.

An assault report was taken Monday afternoon from the 2600 block of West 6th Street after a victim reported a customer had hit her in the face and left the store. The incident is under investigation.

An agency assist report was taken Monday evening from the 3500 block of West 2nd Street after assisting deputies with an arrest.

Dylan Michael Grant, 22, 1212 Pomona St., was arrested early Tuesday morning at West 6th and Chenowith Loop streets on a circuit court warrant for identity theft, unlawful possession of methamphetamines, unlawful entry into a motor vehicle, and failure to appear. He is also accused of possession of a controlled substance.

Wasco County

An agency assist report was taken Saturday morning on Highway 26 near Clear Lake Campground after assisting State Police with a fatal accident.

An agency assist report was taken early Sunday morning after Klickitat County requested assistance with their search and rescue efforts for a snowmobiler who had an accident near Trout Lake.

A criminal impersonation report was taken Sunday morning from a location undisclosed by the department after a victim reported a subject came to his residence impersonating a police officer; the incident is under investigation.

A search and rescue report was taken Sunday evening from Forest Service road 44 after a caller reported their vehicle was stuck in the snow. The vehicle was located and was removed from the snow.

A death report was taken Monday afternoon from Dufur after medics had responded to a medical emergency where the patient had died.

Kasey Lauren Crossan, 21, Pendleton, was arrested Monday evening in the 3500 block of West 2nd Street on a circuit court warrant for probation violation.

Oregon State Police

Bruce Alan Perry, 67, Portland, was arrested Friday afternoon during a traffic stop on Interstate 84 westbound, exit 97 and is accused of reckless driving.

Gilliam County

Kenneth Dale McCoy, 50, Willits, Calif., was arrested Friday morning during a traffic stop on Interstate 84 eastbound, milepost 140 on a Malheur County warrant for harassment and endangering the welfare of a minor.

Clayton Phillip Macomber, 23, Condon, was arrested Saturday morning during a traffic stop on Highway 19, milepost 50 and is accused of driving under the influence of intoxicants, reckless driving, and driving while suspended.

Regional Jail

Shawn Christopher Beam, 37, Kent, was jailed Monday on a Sherman County court commitment for third-degree sexual abuse.

Parole & Probation

James Edward Wham, 27, 722 East 14th St., was arrested Saturday evening in the 2400 block of West 16th Street and is accused of probation violation.
