Accidents

The Dalles City

April 29, 10:30 a.m. – Two vehicle, non-injury crash, 400 block of Mt. Hood Street. Officer assisted with the exchange of information.

April 29, 6:59 p.m. – Single vehicle, non-injury crash, East 10th and Union streets. Motor scooter driver had fallen over attempting to stop at the intersection. The crash was logged.

Fire

Mid-Columbia Fire & Rescue

April 29, 9:55 a.m. – Personnel responded to the 2300 block of West 14th Street on a report of an electrical problem. Upon arrival nothing was showing on the outside of the residence. Contact was made with the occupant who advised they were moving a lamp which started to smoke and cause some scorching on the floor. No further damage was found and the lamp was found to have some faulty wiring. The lamp was removed from the home.

Personnel also responded to six calls for emergency medical services.

The Dalles City

A theft report was taken Tuesday morning from a location undisclosed by the department after a victim reported her purse was stolen from inside her residence.

Tammy Gay McClain, 49, 705 Lincoln St., was arrested Tuesday afternoon in the 300 block of West 3rd Street and is accused of second-degree criminal trespass.

Police responded to East 12th and Kelly streets Tuesday afternoon on a report of a juvenile subject in custody for shoplifting. Contact was made with the male juvenile who had attempted to leave the store with merchandise. He was cited for third-degree theft and released to his mother.

Trevor Colt Ebeling, 28, 2700 West 10th St. No. 10, was arrested in his home Tuesday evening and is accused of second-degree disorderly conduct and harassment.

Wasco County

An agency assist report was taken Tuesday afternoon from Forest Service Road 4430 after forest service rangers contacted a male suspect who was illegally cutting trees.

Deputy responded to a location undisclosed by the department Tuesday evening after a caller reported she and her adult daughter were involved in a dispute. Contact was made with both subjects who were arguing over custody of a child. There was mutual contact but no crime was committed. Both subjects were counseled on their actions.

Parole & Probation

Christopher Zoey Schwarzbach, 19, 913 Pomona St. Unit B, was arrested Tuesday afternoon in the community corrections office and is accused of probation violation.

Kevin Wayne Neer, 36, Tygh Valley, was arrested Tuesday afternoon at the regional jail and is accused of violation of post-prison supervision sanctions.

Mariah Dawn Hernandez, 28, 2223 East 12th St., was arrested Tuesday afternoon in the community corrections office and is accused of violation of post-prison supervision sanctions.

Jordan Charles Bay, 32, 412 West 7th St., was arrested Tuesday afternoon in the community corrections office on a circuit court warrant for violation of post-prison supervision sanctions.
