The Dalles City

A hit and run report was taken Tuesday morning from West 10th and Union streets.

Timothy Mathew Mears, 36, 412 West 9th St., was arrested Tuesday morning in the 100 block of East 2nd Street and is accused of violation of a stalking order and first-degree burglary.

Police responded to a location undisclosed by the department Tuesday evening after a homeowner advised she found a shotgun in her garage and she is not sure if it was her husband’s who passed away last year. The weapon was seized as it was sawed off and the incident is under investigation.

Donnie Ray Harris, 45, 1228 East 8th St., was arrested Tuesday morning in his home and is accused of fourth-degree assault and strangulation.

A found property report was taken Tuesday afternoon from a location undisclosed by the department after a homeowner advised she found a bike inside her fence that did not belong to her. The bike was impounded.

Anthony Brack Griffin, 52, no listed address, was arrested Tuesday evening at Festival Park and is accused of fourth-degree assault, unlawful possession of methamphetamine, and felon in possession of a restricted weapon.

Police responded to a location undisclosed by the department Tuesday evening after a caller reported observing two female suspects dump items in her garbage. The suspects were tracked down and cited for their actions.

David Richard Leigh, 39, no listed address, was arrested Tuesday evening in the 100 block of West 3rd Street and is accused of first-degree criminal mischief and second-degree disorderly conduct.

Mary Margaret Urieta, 28, 1719 East 10th St., was arrested Tuesday evening in her home and is accused of harassment, second-degree disorderly conduct, interference with a police officer, resisting arrest, and third-degree escape.

A first-degree sexual abuse report was taken Tuesday evening from a location undisclosed by the department.

Christopher Ray Ferguson, 38, Maupin, was arrested Tuesday afternoon in his home and is accused of four counts of probation violation.

Oregon State Police

Dennis Eugene Lill, 36, Gillette, Wyoming, was arrested Tuesday morning during a traffic stop on Interstate 84 eastbound, milepost 131 on a Marion County warrant for third-degree theft.

Parole & Probation

Chance Widner, 25, Mosier, was arrested Tuesday morning in the community corrections office and is accused of two counts of probation violation.
