The Dalles

Monday – The Dalles City Council, noon, City Hall council chamber, 313 Court St. Agenda: goal setting issues including prioritization of city projects for the Wasco County community enhancement project list; discussion regarding potential right of way telcom ordinance; budget discussion regarding Main Street program funding request and Fort Dalles Fourth of July funding request.

Monday – The Dalles City Council, 5:30 p.m., City Hall council chambers, 313 Court St. Agenda: approval of contract for 2014 sanitary slipline project; adopt deed of dedication from Robert and Debra Mazzrillo for a portion of property at 2303 W. 10th St; resolution creating “extraordinary items” line in water utility fund to record unexpected loss of brass inventory due to the federal lead reduction act and declaring said loss as exempt from Oregon budget law; review of the city’s senior and disabled low income water and sewer discount program.

Thursday – The Dalles Planning Commission, 6 p.m., City Hall council chambers. Agenda: quasi-judicial public hearing on application by Escape The Dalles, LLC/Marriott FFIS to add another sign to a new hotel at 2014 W. 7th St.

Wasco County

Wednesday – Wasco County Board of Commissioners, 9 a.m., Wasco County Courthouse, 511 Washington St., The Dalles. Agenda: 9 a.m., discussion, public comment; 9:30 a.m., Sevenmile Hill rezoning hearing; 11:30, proposed lot line vacation; 11:45, wildland classification appointments; noon, lunch; 1:30 p.m., dog ordinance hearing; 3:30, communications vendor selection.

Thursday – Veterans Services Advisory Committee, 3 p.m., Wasco County Courthouse Deschutes Room (basement), 511 Washington St., The Dalles.
