Accidents

The Dalles City

February 5, 3:05 p.m. – Two vehicle, non-injury accident, 1200 block of West 2nd Street. Driver information was not made available. One driver was cited for dangerous left turn. A report was taken and one vehicle was towed from the scene.

Oregon State Police

February 5, 7:37 p.m. – Single vehicle, injury accident, Highway 97 southbound, milepost 63. Danile Velasco, Union, was the involved driver. Velasco lost control of his vehicle due to the icy road conditions. He was taken to the hospital for a head injury sustained in the crash. A report was taken.

February 6, 1 a.m. – Single vehicle, non-injury crash, Interstate 84 eastbound, exit 104. Keylan Scarlet Camarillo, 23, Tacoma, Wash., was the involved driver. Camarillo fell asleep at the wheel and sideswiped the guardrail. No citations were issued.

Personnel responded to eight calls for emergency medical services.

Police Reports

The Dalles City

Brandon Levi Mackey, 20, Moro, was arrested Wednesday morning at East 19th and Dry Hollow streets on a circuit court warrant for failure to appear.

Police contacted a juvenile male Wednesday morning at Kramer field. The suspect was arrested for probation violation and taken to the juvenile detention center. He was also cited for minor in possession of alcohol.

Kruz Robert Schwebke, 23, 734 Lee St., was arrested Wednesday afternoon in his home on a Hood River county warrant for five counts of probation violation. He is also accused of unlawful possession of methamphetamine, unlawful possession of heroin, and unlawful delivery of methamphetamine.

Richard Welch, 59, Anchorage, Alaska, was arrested Wednesday afternoon in circuit court on a warrant for probation violation and violation of a release agreement.

Joseph Eric Flock, 37, Wishram, was arrested Wednesday evening in the 500 block of Mt. Hood Street on an out of state warrant.

Scott James Neet Jr., 32, 2416 West 10th St. No. 81, was arrested early Thursday morning in the 400 block of Court Street and is accused of fourth-degree assault.

Wasco County

A theft report was taken Wednesday morning from the 3800 block of West 10th Street after a victim reported a male suspect stole some items from her home.

James Monroe Dickens, 57, 4405 Highway 30 No. 406, was arrested Wednesday afternoon in the 500 block of Mt. Hood Street and is accused of unlawful possession of methamphetamines, unlawful delivery of methamphetamines within 1000 feet of a school, tampering with evidence, and probation violation.

Deputy responded to the 1200 block of Verdant Street Wednesday evening after a caller reported a female subject had a knife and was threatening to harm herself. She was detained and taken to the hospital on a police officer’s hold. A report was taken.

Deputy responded to the 1000 block of Starlight Street Wednesday evening after a caller reported her adult daughter was hiding in her room because her juvenile son was having an episode. The son had threatened to hurt her and himself. Subject was detained and taken to the hospital on a police officer’s hold. He was arrested after being released and accused of menacing and lodged at the juvenile detention facility.

Oregon State Police

Albert Jose Vasquez, 46, Yakima, Wash., was arrested Wednesday afternoon during a traffic stop on Interstate 84, milepost 86, and is accused of driving while suspended. Dennis Ryan Starr, 24, Warm Springs, was also arrested on a circuit court warrant for failure to appear.

Sherman County

Wendy Jo Weaver, 36, Grass Valley, was arrested Wednesday afternoon in the Sherman County courthouse and is accused of first-degree aggravated theft.

Regional Jail

Ashley N. Alldredge, 23, Colville, Wash., was transported and jailed Wednesday after being arrested on a Sherman County warrant for first-degree failure to appear.

Steven Jeffery Wallace, 48, Portland, was transported and jailed Wednesday after being arrested on a circuit court warrant for violation of post-prison supervision sanctions.

Elnora Rose Oliver, 42, Bend, was transported and jailed Wednesday after being arrested on a Sherman County warrant for probation violation.

Parole & Probation

Christopher Ray Dimmick, 43, 3525 Fax Rd., was arrested Wednesday afternoon in the community corrections office and is accused of two counts of parole violation.
