Feb. 15, 9:55 p.m. – Vehicle versus parked car, non-injury crash, 1200 block of Quinton Street. Driver information was not made available. Driver was cited for driving uninsured and a report was taken.

Wasco County

Feb. 15, 10:59 p.m. – Single vehicle, non-injury accident, unknown location. Driver information was not made available. Driver reported hitting a large rock in the road which disabled her vehicle. A report was taken.

Personnel responded to eight calls for emergency medical services on Friday, ten on Saturday, six on Sunday and seven on Monday.

The Dalles City

A theft report was taken Friday afternoon from the 500 block of Mt. Hood Street after a victim reported some items were stolen from their vehicle while shopping.

Mary Margaret Singletary, 47, 1037 Pomona St. Unit D, was arrested Friday afternoon during a traffic stop in the 900 block of Chenowith Loop Road and is accused of driving under the influence of intoxicants.

Luis Barajas Cardenas, 60, 610 Washington St. No. 17, was detained Friday afternoon in the 300 block of West 2nd Street on a civil detoxification.

An unlawful entry into a motor vehicle report was taken Friday afternoon from the 500 block of Liberty Street after a victim reported someone broke into their vehicle and took some items.

James Earl Mulvaney, 20, 1106 Emerson St. No. 3, was arrested Friday afternoon in the 300 block of West 10th Street on a circuit court warrant for violation of post-prison supervision sanctions.

Police responded to the 500 block of Mt. Hood Street Friday afternoon on a report of a juvenile shoplifter in custody. The suspect was cited for third-degree theft and released to his mother.

A hit and run report was taken Friday afternoon from East 4th and Court streets.

Police responded to West 2nd and Webber streets early Saturday morning after a male subject reported he had been assaulted. Investigation discovered the victim was the aggressor and the suspect was defending himself. No one pursed charges; the incident was logged.

Richard Lee David, 43, 2113 East 12th St., was arrested Saturday morning in the 3300 block of West 2nd Street on a circuit court warrant for violation of post-prison supervision sanctions.

Jennifer Joann Kinder, 39, 1511 East 9th St. Unit B, was arrested Saturday afternoon in her home on a circuit court warrant for unlawful possession of methamphetamines and three counts of endangering the welfare of a minor.

An assault report was taken Saturday afternoon from the 3200 block of Bret Clodfelter Way. The incident is under investigation.

A theft report was taken Saturday afternoon from the 3200 block of West 7th Street after a victim reported some items were missing from her home.

A theft report was taken Saturday afternoon from the 800 block of Garden Court after a victim reported his vehicle was broken into overnight and had some items removed.

Steven Michael Pagh, 45, Milton, Wash., was arrested Saturday afternoon at the hospital and is accused of fourth-degree assault and strangulation.

Police responded to the 500 block of West 9th Street Sunday evening on a report of a male subject lying in the street. Investigation discovered the subject had been crossing the street and was hit by a vehicle which did not stop. A hit and run report was taken and is under investigation.

A theft report was taken Sunday evening from the 500 block of East 7th Street after a victim reported a bicycle was stolen from their property.

An informational report was taken Sunday evening at the police station after a mother advised she had picked up her child from her ex-husband and found some marks on him. The incident is under investigation.

A juvenile female was contacted Monday morning at West 7th and Hostetler streets and during a consent search some drugs were found in her possession. She was arrested for possession of methamphetamines and lodged at the juvenile detention center.

An unlawful entry into a motor vehicle report was taken Monday morning from the 800 block of Hostetler Street after a victim reported their vehicle was entered overnight and had some items taken from within.

Brian Michael Edley, 30, 3817 West 10th St. No. 17, was arrested Monday morning in the 1300 block of West 2nd Street on a circuit court warrant for probation violation.

David Richard Leigh, 38, no listed address, was arrested early Tuesday morning in the 600 block of Cherry Heights Street and is accused of second-degree criminal trespass.

Wasco County

Donald Dean Hildreth, 48, 4109 Chenowith Rd., was arrested Friday afternoon during a traffic stop in the 3600 block of West 6th Street and is accused of driving while suspended.

Henry Russell Benson, 42, 806 Garden Ct., was arrested Friday afternoon at West 7th and Home streets and is accused of unlawful possession of methamphetamines, second-degree disorderly conduct, and first-degree criminal trespass.

Nicholas Gage McCabe, 23, no listed address, was arrested Friday evening in the 300 block of West 9th Street on a circuit court warrant for probation violation. He is also accused of unlawful possession of methamphetamines.

Michael Tyler Schell, 25, 3817 West 10th St. No. 36, was arrested Friday evening in his home and is accused of five counts of second-degree sexual abuse and coercion.

Raymond Arthur Newberry, 28, Tygh Valley, was arrested Friday evening in Tygh Valley and is accused of felon in possession of a weapon, second-degree disorderly conduct, and second-degree criminal trespass.

A hit and run report was taken Sunday morning from an unknown location.

A theft report was taken Sunday morning from the 4400 block of Highway 30 after a victim reported a tire was removed from his vehicle.

A first-degree burglary report was taken Monday evening from an unknown location after a victim reported someone entered her home and had some items removed.

A stolen vehicle report was taken Monday evening from an unknown location.

Oregon State Police

A hit and run report was taken Friday morning form Interstate 84 eastbound, milepost 79 after a victim reported a semi and trailer clipped him while they were driving near one another and the semi took off. The incident is under investigation.

A female driver was cited and released for driving uninsured during a traffic stop Friday afternoon on Highway 97. The vehicle was impounded.

Darrell Levon Langford, 23, 1709 East 10th St., was arrested Friday afternoon in the 3300 block of Bret Clodfelter Way and is accused of failure to register as a sex offender.

Rojelio Castellanos, 28, 1009 Snipes St., was arrested Saturday evening during a traffic stop at Chenowith and Murray streets on a Hood River county warrant for probation violation.

Ashley Lynn Almas, 22, Lyle, was arrested Sunday afternoon during a traffic stop on Interstate 84 eastbound, milepost 85 on a Benton County warrant for being a fugitive from the state of Washington.

Rusty Lee Michels, 41, Troutdale, was arrested Sunday evening during a traffic stop on Price and Dodson roads and is accused of driving while suspended.

A male driver was cited and released for driving uninsured and speeding during a traffic stop Monday afternoon on Highway 97 northbound, milepost 11. A passenger was cited for endangering the welfare of a minor.

A male driver was cited and released for driving while suspended Monday evening during a traffic stop on Interstate 84 eastbound, milepost 88; the vehicle was impounded.

Christopher Scott Craig, 41, Pendleton, was arrested Monday evening during a traffic stop on Highway 97, milepost 14 and is accused of driving under the influence of intoxicants.

Regional Jail

Geoffrey Eliot Williams, 29, Salem, was transported and jailed Friday after being arrested on a Gilliam County warrant for driving under the influence of intoxicants.
