Accidents

January 8, 5:32 p.m. – Two vehicle, non-injury crash, Interstate 84 eastbound, milepost 74. Colin Robert Fearn, 22, Pullman, Wash., and Billy Warren Seay, 70, Biloxi, Miss., were the involved drivers. Seay was driving a semi and was attempting to change lanes when he hit Fearn. Seay was cited for failure to maintain a single lane of travel and was placed out of service. A report was taken.

Fire

January 8, 2:08 a.m. – Personnel responded to the 700 block of Court Street on a report of a water flow alarm. Upon arrival nothing was showing. The building was investigated and there was no problem found, the alarm was reset.

January 8, 8:36 p.m. – Personnel responded to the 2900 block of Dry Hollow Road on a report of a down power line with arching. The incident was caused from a motor vehicle crash in which the driver had no injuries and refused medical treatment. Personnel stood by until the power company arrived to take care of the problem.

Personnel also responded to four calls for emergency medical services.

Police Reports

The Dalles City

Nathaniel Adam Sheppard, 32, no listed address, was arrested Wednesday morning in the 500 block of Mt. Hood Street on a Gilliam County warrant for parole violation.

Delbert Leo Ohms, 27, no listed address, was arrested Wednesday afternoon at the hospital on a State Parole board warrant for parole violation.

A hit and run report was taken Wednesday afternoon from East 9th and H Streets. Investigation discovered that the suspect driver left a note on the victim vehicle with their information. The driver was tracked down and cited for no operator’s license.

William Brian Nix, 34, 5824 Highway 30, was arrested Wednesday afternoon during a traffic stop at West 6th and Hostetler streets on a State Parole board warrant for parole violation. He is also accused of possession of a controlled substance.

An identity theft report was taken Wednesday afternoon from the 500 block of East 11th Street after a victim reported unauthorized charges to their credit card.

A harassment report was taken Wednesday evening from the high school and the incident is under investigation.

Oregon State Police

Dewayne Thomas Pierce, 54, Jefferson, was arrested Wednesday afternoon during a traffic stop on Interstate 84 westbound, milepost 87 and is accused of driving under the influence of intoxicants.

James Robert Bertholf, 29, Spokane, Wash., was arrested Wednesday afternoon during a traffic stop on Interstate 84 eastbound, milepost 107 and is accused of violation of a restraining order.

Regional Jail

Antwain Markell Patterson, 21, Portland, was transported and jailed Wednesday after being arrested on a circuit court warrant for failure to appear.

Joshua Lee Crocker, 33, Portland, was transported and jailed Wednesday after being arrested on a Sherman County warrant for probation violation.

Edward Anthony Oberson, 46, Milwaukie, was transported by Multnomah County and jailed Wednesday after being arrested on a circuit court warrant for first-degree failure to appear.

Orlando Bartholomew Tewee, 25, Madras, was transported and jailed Wednesday after being arrested on three circuit court warrants for second-degree failure to appear.

Richard Andrew Becktold, 42, Aumsville, was transported and jailed Wednesday after being arrested on a Sherman County warrant for probation violation.

Randal John Dombeck, 54, Battleground, Wash., was transported and jailed Wednesday after being arrested on a circuit court warrant for two counts of failure to appear.

Robert Edward Doty, 46, Vancouver, Wash., was transported and jailed Wednesday after being arrested on a circuit court warrant for probation violation.

Stephen James Pratt, 20, Madras, was transported and jailed Wednesday after being arrested on a circuit court warrant for driving under the influence of intoxicants.

Cleve Barry Liston, 35, Arlington, was transported and jailed Wednesday after being arrested on a circuit court warrant for probation violation.

Kelsey Elsa Baker, 31, Celilo Village, was transported and jailed Wednesday after being arrested on a circuit court warrant for three counts of failure to appear.

Parole & Probation

Christopher Scott Mulvaney, 25, 2400 West 10th St. No. 42, was arrested Wednesday afternoon in the community corrections office and is accused of probation violation.
