There were no accidents to report on this date.

Fire

January 14, 9:42 a.m. – Personnel responded to the 1600 block of East 13th Street on a report of an odor investigation. Caller reported smelling a heavy scent of moth balls in the area. No smell was observed upon arrival. The area was checked and no problem could be found.

Personnel also responded to ten calls for emergency medical services.

Police Reports

The Dalles City

Police interviewed a suspect in the regional jail Tuesday morning in regards to an ongoing investigation. The suspect was charged with third-degree criminal mischief and released to the staff of the jail.

Dianna Lorene Greenfield, 59, no listed address, was arrested Tuesday morning at the police station and is accused of telephonic harassment.

Jesse Ray Still, 19, 1061 Irvine St. Unit C, was arrested Tuesday afternoon at West 8th and Home streets on a municipal court warrant for second-degree failure to appear.

Police responded to the 800 block of East 14th Street Tuesday afternoon after a mother reported her juvenile children were fighting. The children were contacted and counseled of their actions.

Police responded to the 900 block of Mt. Hood Street Tuesday evening after a caller reported there was an intoxicated male subject on his property that was refusing to leave. Contact was made with the subject who moved along.

Wasco County

Deputy responded to Dufur Tuesday afternoon after observing two hunters shooting towards her home from where they were hunting. The information was logged and passed on to the state police.

Regional Jail

Cody Wayne Mauser, 30, 950 Pomona St. No. 226 was jailed Tuesday on a Sherman County court commitment for probation violation.

Mark Antoine Menke, 28, Bend, was transported and jailed Tuesday after being arrested on a circuit court warrant for probation violation.

Whitney Treanne Good Swanson, 21, Portland, was jailed Tuesday after turning herself in on a municipal court warrant for second-degree failure to appear.

Parole & Probation

Larry John Barker, 53, 1029 Oak St., was arrested Tuesday in the community corrections office and is accused of violation of post-prison supervision sanctions.

Oscar Garcia, 35, 1930 Cherry Heights Rd., was arrested Tuesday afternoon in the community corrections office and is accused of probation violation.
