Last Days of Jesus

Practices for The Last Days of Jesus Pageant start 2 p.m. this Sunday, Jan. 19, at First Christian Church. A press release stated: “If you believe that Jesus, God the Son, died for your sins and physically rose from the dead, and you want to join us in proclaiming His salvation to others through drama, please come.

“We still need more participants to help us portray Jesus’ last days before He ascended to heaven. Parts needed: disciples, priests, thieves, Roman guards, angry crowd, and behind-the-scenes helpers as well.

“If you can’t come and help, we still ask your participation through prayer for this evangelistic outreach: for commitment and protection of all involved, for those who will view it and, above all, for Jesus to be lifted up.

We would also ask you to save the date of Friday evening, March 14, and come support this ministry at our LDJ Benefit Dessert Auction at Covenant Christian.”

To donate auction items or help with the auction, please e-mail, or contact chairman Marcus Morgan at 541-993-6799, or
