To the editor:

I recently had a very positive experience at a local business The Dalles Auto Parts store on 3rd street has won my business and my loyalty! I purchased some parts for my cars brakes and had to return one of the parts. Due to an error my debit card was charged twice for the part instead of having it credited. The honest employees at The Dalles Auto Parts found the error that evening but had no way of contacting me. They took it upon themselves to research my name and find me using Facebook and Google. They did this so as to set things right with me and they caught the error and corrected it before I even knew it existed.

In the past I have always had positive experiences with them but this time they went above and beyond. I can’t recommend them enough.
