Accidents

Oregon State Police

January 30, 1:47 p.m. – Two vehicle, non-injury crash, Fivemile and Steel roads. Monty Gene Hurlbut, 45, Vancouver, Wash., was one of the involved drivers. A driver of the other vehicle knicked Hurlbut as they were going around a corner in the area. Hurlbut pulled over fast to avoid further collision causing his trailer to tip over. The other driver did not stop and continued on his way. The crash was logged.

Fire

Personnel responded to six calls for emergency medical services.

The Dalles City

An unlawful entry into a motor vehicle report was taken Thursday morning from the 2000 block of Garrison Street after a victim reported someone entered his vehicle overnight and took some items.

Corina Lyn Shockley, 50, no listed address, was arrested Thursday afternoon in the 800 block of West 12th Street and is accused of first-degree burglary and fourth-degree assault.

A theft report was taken Thursday afternoon from the 1600 block of East 13th Street after a victim reported her bank contacted her and reported a suspect in Las Vegas was using her juvenile daughter’s social security number to open accounts. The incident is under investigation.

A restraining order violation report was taken Thursday afternoon from the 2000 block of West Scenic Drive after a victim reported a suspect left a voicemail on his phone which violates a court order; the incident is under investigation.

Wasco County

Deputy responded to the 3600 block of West 13th Street Thursday morning for a welfare check. Caller reported a patient is on the verge of suicide and is refusing treatment. Contact was made with the subject who had a parent staying with her. The parent advised she would keep an eye on the subject and call if anything got out of hand.

Oregon State Police

Jesse Allan Barker, 27, 817 ½ East 8th St., was arrested Thursday evening during a traffic stop on West 2nd and Webber streets, and is accused of unlawful possession of methamphetamines and possession of less than an ounce of marijuana. The driver was cited and released for driving uninsured and the vehicle was impounded.

An abandoned vehicle was located Thursday evening on Interstate 84 westbound milepost 99. The vehicle appeared to have crashed but no driver was found. The incident was logged.

Gilliam County

Lisa Marie Liston, 35, Arlington, was arrested in her home Thursday afternoon and is accused of unlawful possession of methamphetamines.

Regional Jail

Raymond Henry Hale, 32, Boise, Idaho, was jailed Thursday on a department of corrections warrant for violation of post-prison supervision sanctions.

Adam Cavell George, 34, Wapato, Wash., was transported and jailed Thursday after being arrested on a circuit court warrant for violation of post-prison supervision sanctions.

Parole & Probation

Richard Garrett Cobos, 37, 1106 Emerson St. No. 2, was arrested Thursday morning in the community corrections office on a circuit court warrant for probation violation.

Joshua Seferino Postema, 37, 2206 East 13th St., was arrested Thursday morning in the community corrections office on a circuit court warrant for probation violation.

Rhonda Jean Collins, 30, 1106 Emerson Dr. No. 13, was arrested Thursday afternoon in the community corrections office and is accused of probation violation.
