June 28, 4:34 p.m. – Two vehicle, unknown injury crash, West 10th and Cherry Heights streets. A crash report was taken.

Wasco County

June 27, 4:19 p.m. – Two vehicle, non-injury crash, Threemile and Pleasant Ridge roads. A report was taken.

June 29, 12:58 a.m. – Single vehicle, non-injury crash, location undisclosed by the department. Deputy arrived on scene of an abandoned crash. A female driver was tracked down and cited for failure to perform the duties of a driver.

Oregon State Police

June 30, 8:39 p.m. – Vehicle left road on Threemile Road, exited road just north of Steele Road and drove down a steep embankment, collided with a culvert and came to rest on its side up against a cherry tree. No one was around upon trooper’s arrival. Unknown who driver was. Vehicle towed.

June 30, 10:33 p.m. – One vehicle, non-injury crash, Interstate 84, milepost 104 eastbound. Vehicle driving between Biggs Junction and Rufus lost control and hit center divider. Driver then drove the wrong way on the interstate to Biggs Junction. Vehicle was towed and driver was cited for failing to drive in its lane.

Fire

Mid-Columbia Fire & Rescue

June 27, 9:41 a.m. – Personnel responded to the area of the 4100 block of Chenowith Road on a report of light gray smoke in the area. Upon arrival nothing was observed. A thorough check of Sevenmile and Highway 30 revealed no sign of smoke. A company was doing rock blasting on the hill near Highway 30 which may have caused the appearance of smoke. No problem was found.

June 28, 6:11 a.m. – Personnel responded to the 2700 block of Threemile Road on a report of a burn complaint. Caller reported their neighbor was burning some illegal materials as the smell was very strong. Contact was made with the subject who was legally burning from a burning barrel. He stated he had thrown some dog hair in the fire which may have caused the foul smell; no problem was found.

June 28, 7:50 a.m. – Personnel responded to the Dallesport area on a request for mutual aid assistance on a fire.

June 29, 3:40 p.m. – Personnel responded to the 6800 block of Wells Road on a report of a large open burn. A 6 x 8 burn area was found smoldering. The property owner was warned about the upcoming burn ban. They also assisted in mopping up the fire.

Personnel also responded to four calls for emergency medical services on Friday, three on Saturday, five on Sunday and five on Monday.

The Dalles City

Richard Neal Credille, 28, 3120 West 7th St., was arrested Friday afternoon from the 3200 block of West 7th Street on a circuit court warrant for violation of post-prison supervision sanctions and two Klickitat County warrants.

A male inmate at the regional jail was served with a Klickitat County felony warrant Friday afternoon.

A male inmate at the regional jail advised his probation officer he had left drugs at Kramer Fields. Police searched the area and the drugs were located in the spot he said he left them. He was charged with unlawful possession of methamphetamines.

Stephanie Alison Starr, 33, 3203 West 7th St., was arrested Friday evening in her home on a circuit court warrant for probation violation.

An unlawful entry into a motor vehicle and theft reports were taken early Saturday morning form a location undisclosed by the department after a victim reported her unlocked vehicle was entered overnight.

A theft report was taken Saturday evening from the Skate Park after a victim reported her phone was stolen.

Police responded to the 2600 block of West 6th Street Saturday evening after an employee reported they had two juvenile females in custody for shoplifting. The juveniles were cited for third-degree theft and released to their parents.

A criminal mischief report was taken Sunday morning from a location undisclosed by the department after a victim reported his vehicles tires were slashed. Other vehicles in the area were also damaged.

A criminal mischief report was taken Sunday afternoon from a location undisclosed by the department after a victim reported someone threw a rock at his vehicle damaging a side mirror and windshield.

A theft of services report was taken Sunday afternoon from a location undisclosed by the department after an employee reported a vehicle fled the station without paying for gasoline.

Kimberly Sue Helfling, 43, Goldendale, was arrested Sunday evening in the 2500 block of West 6th Street and is accused of second-degree disorderly conduct.

Nicholas Michael Lowe, 33, 1400 East 14th St., was arrested early Monday morning near West 10th and Walnut streets and is accused of second-degree theft and second-degree criminal mischief.

A woman came to the station Monday morning to report her wallet fell out of her car at a yard sale.

Travis Monroe Dodson, 32, 2010 W. 8th St., was arrested Monday afternoon on a warrant for three counts of post-prison violation.

A caller reported Monday afternoon a possible domestic dispute between an adult and children. Officers found it was a father arguing with his children. He was warned about noise.

A caller reported Monday evening a woman just parked in the middle of the road and is circling the vehicle and having trouble walking. A man got in the driver’s side and looked intoxicated also. An officer was unable to find the vehicle.

A man reported Monday evening being harassed by a person over ownership of a vehicle. The other party reported tools were stolen from the vehicle. It was a disagreement over ownership of tools that were part of a business deal. They were told it was a civil matter and advised over how to handle the situation.

A store manager reported Monday evening a woman pulled a phone and accessory off the wall and left without paying for it. The theft is on camera and the manager has suspect information. A case number was taken.

A woman called police Monday evening to report her son used her Paypal account to buy a Minecraft game on the computer and she wanted her son counselled by police. An officer spoke to her son regarding his unauthorized use of her credit card.

An officer was called to a dispute Monday evening over who caused an accident in a store parking lot. Insurance information was exchanged prior to officer arrival, and the officer answered several questions they had.

A fast food restaurant employee reported finding drugs Monday evening while sweeping the floor. An officer reported it was a small bindle with methamphetamine residue. It was taken to the police station for disposal.

A woman Monday night reported her phone was stolen from a fast food restaurant, and she’d traced it on GPS to a mobile home park. Police contacted the resident where the phone was located and the person said they found it. The phone was returned to its owner and a case number was taken for theft.

Wasco County

Jonathan Frank Quesnoy, 44, no listed address, was arrested Friday in the 1400 block of West 6th Street and is accused of reckless driving and three counts of recklessly endangering.

A theft report was taken Friday afternoon from a location undisclosed by the department after a father reported his son’s bike was stolen.

Tiffany Marie Lofthouse, 30, Tigard, was arrested early Sunday morning in Maupin and is accused of fourth-degree assault.

Steven Michael Pagh, 46, no listed address, was arrested Sunday afternoon during a traffic stop on Highway 197 near milepost 14 and is accused of driving under the influence of intoxicants, probation violation, and reckless driving.

Sean Robert Stellings, 19, Summerville, Ore., was arrested Monday morning at the regional jail on charges of fourth-degree assault and parole violation.

A regional jail employee called Monday morning to report two juvenile inmates urinated into a water bottle of another juvenile inmate and let him consume the urine. Later, two of the people involved got into a fist fight. The victim originally wanted to pursue charges, but changed his mind. A sergeant took a case number for fourth-degree assault.

Brendon Levi Mackey, 20, 1730 E. 10th St., was arrested on Interstate 84, milepost 83 westbound for probation violation.

Oregon State Police

Gregory Lee Elwell, 35, Toppenish, Wash., was arrested Friday evening near the in-lieu site and is accused of two counts of attempting to elude a police officer and reckless driving.

Shauna Renae Stephens, 22, 5760 Seven Mile Rd., was arrested early Saturday morning during a traffic stop at East 4th and Court streets and is accused of driving under the influence of intoxicants.

Ronald Everett Larson, 22, Junction City, was arrested Saturday evening during a traffic stop on Interstate 84 near milepost 149 on a Lincoln County warrant for first-degree failure to appear and violation of post-prison supervision sanctions.

Marvin John Krause, 61, no listed address, was arrested Sunday evening at West 2nd and Webber streets on a circuit court warrant for second-degree failure to appear.

Naomi Janel Bull, 34, Carson, Wash., was arrested early Monday morning during a traffic stop on Interstate 84 eastbound, milepost 83 and is accused of driving under the influence of intoxicants and recklessly endangering.

Sherman County

Evelyn Riley Speedis, 18, Pendleton, was arrested Sunday evening during a traffic stop on Highway 97 near milepost 16 and is accused of unlawful possession of cocaine and an out of state warrant.

Gilliam County

Robert Louis Rouch Jr., 50, Rainier, was arrested Saturday morning during a traffic stop on Interstate 84 eastbound, milepost 125 and is accused of unlawful possession of hydrocodone and unlawful possession of a controlled substance.

Joseph Francis Cabrera, 62, Pendleton, was arrested Monday afternoon on Interstate 84, milepost 121, on charges of driving under the influence of intoxicants and reckless driving.

Regional Jail

Kory Clifford Coffman, 45, 57556 Tygh Valley Rd., was arrested in Wasco County Circuit Court on a charge of probation violation.

Parole & Probation

Richard Lee David, 44, 1607 E. 11th St., was arrested at the parole and probation office and is accused of five counts of parole violation.
