Letter to the editor: Laughing at ‘Tuna’

To the editor:

Sunday afternoon, I attended the matinee performance of “Red, White and Tuna.”

Dennis Morgan and Dave Owens were the only two cast members. Each did numerous parts. They were fabulous!

My sides hurt from laughter. What a fun way to spend the afternoon.

Thank you Dennis, Dave and the Theatre Company of The Dalles.

If you haven’t seen it yet, you have one more chance this weekend at the Civic. Do yourself a favor and don’t miss it.

Also I would like to tell you about a new small business that I had the pleasure of using.

I love to ride my bike and when it’s messed up and I can’t use it, it really upsets me.

My right gears were not working. I took it to SPR Bike Repair, Auto Detailing and Small Engine Repair.

Calvin Lepinski, the owner, looked at it and said come back in a few hours. I thought it would take a week. The price was very reasonable.

The shop is on West Sixth Street across from the 76 station, phone 541-980-8418.

Thanks, Calvin, for a job well done.
