July 10, 12:19 p.m. – Two vehicle, non-injury crash, West 7th and Snipes streets. One female driver was cited for failure to obey a traffic control device. A report was taken.

Wasco County

July 10, 10:43 p.m. – Two vehicle, non-injury crash, East 4th and Court streets. City officer initiated a traffic stop when the vehicle stopped then proceeded to accidentally back into the patrol car. The driver was cited for illegal backing and failure to carry proof of insurance. A report was taken.

Fire

Mid-Columbia Fire & Rescue

July 10, 9:38 p.m. – Personnel responded to Highway 14 near Dallesport on a mutual aid request on a large grass fire. Crews were assigned an area of the fire to knock down and mop up.

Personnel also responded to five calls for emergency medical services.

Gustavo Adolfo Cervantes, 20, no listed address, was arrested Wednesday evening at a location undisclosed by the department and is accused of unlawful possession of methamphetamines.

Martin Troy Casey, 48, no listed address, was arrested Wednesday evening in the 1300 block of West 8th Street on a circuit court warrant for parole violation.

Michael Wayne Farrar, 27, Bend, was arrested early Thursday morning in the 1700 block of West 6th Street on a Klamath County warrant for parole violation.

A child abuse report was taken Thursday morning from a location undisclosed by the department.

A theft report was taken Thursday morning from a location undisclosed by the department after a victim reported a driver’s license was stolen.

A theft report was taken Thursday afternoon from the police station after a victim reported her vehicle was prowled at a location undisclosed by the department several days ago and had some items missing.

Rebecca Ann Sprecher, 63, Dufur, was arrested Thursday afternoon in the 2600 block of West 6th Street and is accused of second-degree theft.

A stolen vehicle report was taken Thursday evening from a location undisclosed by the department.

A criminal mischief report was taken Thursday evening from a location undisclosed by the department after a victim reported her vehicle’s windshield was damaged.

Robert Howard Stalie, 55, no listed address, was arrested Thursday evening at the skate park and is accused of third-degree theft.

A damage to city property report was taken Thursday evening during a traffic stop at East 4th and Court streets.

An agency assist report was taken early Friday morning from West 10th and Webber streets after assisting a sheriff’s deputy with an intoxicated juvenile.

Wasco County

A criminal mischief report was taken Thursday afternoon from the 4100 block of Chenowith Road after a victim reported finding a large hole in the side of her vehicle door.

Deputy was flagged down early Friday morning at West 10th and Webber streets by a juvenile female. She was heavily intoxicated and was cited for minor in possession of alcohol. She was released into the care of a family friend.

Regional Jail

Ira Walsah Wyena, 41, Wapato, Wash., was transported by Grant County, Wash., and jailed Wednesday after being arrested on a circuit court warrant for first-degree failure to appear on an unlawful possession of methamphetamines charge.

Stacie Renee Petty, 39, 3311 West 13th St., was transported by Klickitat County and jailed Wednesday after being arrested on a circuit court warrant for criminal possession of rented or leased property.

Ryan Philip Reta, 31, Bend, was transported by Deschutes County and jailed Wednesday after being arrested on a circuit court warrant for failure to appear on a second-degree theft charge.

Parole & Probation

Thomas Bennie Heinige, 40, 3450 Acorn Rd., was arrested Wednesday morning in the community corrections office and is accused of three counts of probation violation.

Tina Marie Linville, 35, 1414 Liberty St., was arrested Wednesday morning in the community corrections office and is accused of two counts of probation violation and frequenting a place of controlled substance abuse.

John Michael Black, 59, 4405 Highway 30, No. 405, was arrested Thursday morning in the community corrections office and is accused of three counts of probation violation.
