Accidents

Oregon State Police

July 15, 9:40 a.m. – Two vehicle, non-injury crash, Biggs Junction. Trooper assisted with the exchange of information.

Fire

Mid-Columbia Fire & Rescue

July 15, 12:46 a.m. – Personnel responded to the 400 block of East Scenic Drive on a report of a fire alarm activation. Nothing was showing upon arrival. Contact was made with two maintenance workers who advised they were unable to reset the alarm which was malfunctioning. No problem was found.

July 15, 2:26 p.m. – Personnel responded to Interstate 84 eastbound, milepost 92 on a report of a grass fire. The fire was out and smoldering upon arrival. The area was mopped up and units returned to quarters.

Personnel also responded to five calls for emergency medical services.

Leroy Charles Shockley Jr., 45, no listed address, was arrested Tuesday afternoon at Kramer Field on a circuit court warrant for violation of post-prison supervision sanctions.

Jordan Rachelle DiBartolo, 18, Maupin, was arrested Tuesday evening in the 600 block of Pentland Street and is accused of first-degree criminal mischief.

Jon Delonne Strickland, 26, 2510 West 2nd St. No. 11, was arrested Tuesday evening near the roundabout and is accused of two counts of second-degree disorderly conduct, and probation violation.

Matthew Joseph Cobos, 37, 701 East 17th St., was arrested early Wednesday morning in the 1100 block of East 8th Street and is accused of violation of post-prison supervision sanctions.

Wasco County

Juan Carlos Navarro, 20, 1109 Laughlin St., was arrested Tuesday morning in the 400 block of Court Street and is accused of five counts of unlawful use of a weapon, felon in possession of a restricted weapon, and two counts of second-degree assault.

William Lionel Neary III, 54, Maupin, was arrested Tuesday evening in Maupin and is accused of fourth-degree domestic assault.

Nicholas Michael Lowe, 33, 1300 East 14th St., was arrested Tuesday evening in the 400 block of Mt. Hood Street and is accused of probation violation.

Sherman County

Jimm Edd Roba, 39, John Day, was arrested Tuesday morning at a location undisclosed by the department on a Grant County warrant for probation violation.

Gilliam County

Nikayla Dawn Peck, 23, Arlington, was arrested Tuesday morning in Arlington on a Morrow County warrant for second-degree failure to appear.

Regional Jail

Jermaine Donavus Hisatake, 28, 955 Home St., was jailed Tuesday on a circuit court commitment for second-degree theft.
