Accidents

The Dalles City

July 18, 11:44 a.m. – Two vehicle, non-injury crash, East 2nd and Court streets. Office assisted with the exchange of information.

July 21, 8:33 p.m. – Non-injury, non-blocking accident in 300 block of East Second Street. Police assisted with information exchange.

Oregon State Police

July 18, 3:35 p.m. – Two vehicle, injury crash, Interstate 84 eastbound, milepost 103. Driver from one vehicle and a passenger from the other were transported to the hospital for injuries sustained in the crash. A report was taken and both vehicles were towed.

July 20, 9:50 a.m. – Two vehicle, non-injury crash, Interstate 84 eastbound, milepost 75. A report was taken and both vehicles were towed.

July 21, 11:47 a.m. – Two-vehicle crash, Court Street between Third and Fourth streets. A vehicle was backing out of a parking spot on Court Street between Third and Fourth streets and collided with a vehicle making a left turn into an alley. Courtney Layne Jones, 29, 515 W. 19th St., was the driver who was turning into the alley. She was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear and was also cited for driving while suspended and driving uninsured.

Fire

Mid-Columbia Fire & Rescue

July 18, 7:23 a.m. – Personnel responded to the 2500 block of Dry Hollow Road on a report of a large column of smoke. The area was checked but no fire or smoke was found. There was a large amount of dust in the air from an area orchard which may have been the cause.

July 18, 9:27 a.m. – Personnel responded to the 2000 block of West 7th Street on a report of a fire alarm. Contact was made with staff who advised burnt food caused the alarm. The alarm was reset and no problem was found.

July 18, 9:58 p.m. – Personnel responded to the 2100 block of West 8th Street on a report of an out-of-control barbeque fire. The area was checked but nothing was found. A propane fire pit was observed at the new hotel which may have been the cause for the call, no problem was found.

Personnel also responded to 11 calls for emergency medical services on Friday, eight on Saturday, seven on Sunday and seven on Sunday.

July 21, 3:19 p.m. – Personnel responded to the 700 block of East 13th Street on a report from the city codes enforcement officer about an unattended burning burn barrel. Crews put out the fire with a garden hose from the residence.

July 21, 3:32 p.m. – Personnel responded to the 3500 block of Klindt Drive on a report of people making a campfire. They found three teens extinguishing a fire that they were using to roast marshmallows. They were told they couldn’t have fires this time of year.

A dog bite report was taken Friday morning from a location undisclosed by the department.

A first-degree criminal mischief report was taken Friday morning from a location undisclosed by the department after a victim reported a window to his business was broken.

Police responded to the regional jail Friday afternoon after a warrant was issued to an inmate. The inmate was contacted and served with the warrant for failure to appear.

Robert Ray Davidson, 39, 812 East 15th St., was arrested Friday evening at West 10th and Cherry Heights street on a circuit court warrant for five counts of contempt of court.

Amanda Michell Worley, 19, 3817 West 10th St., was arrested Friday evening in the 1400 block of West 6th Street on a Clackamas County warrant for probation violation. She is also accused of unlawful possession of methamphetamine. Leticia Carina Herrera, 20, 2115 West 10th St., was also arrested on a Multnomah County warrant for probation violation and a circuit court warrant for probation violation.

Lynn Ann Furtado, 45, 2510 West 2nd St. No. 7, was arrested early Saturday morning in the 2500 block of West 2nd Street and is accused of second-degree disorderly conduct, providing false information to a police officer, and contempt of court.

Alex Michael Kemp, 23, no listed address, was arrested Saturday morning in the 1700 block of East 10th Street on a circuit court warrant for two counts of probation violation.

A burglary report was taken Saturday evening from a location undisclosed by the department after a victim reported he left his apartment unlocked and someone entered his residence and took some items.

Fred James Jurado, 40, 308 West 8th St., was arrested Saturday evening in the 300 block of West 8th Street on a municipal court warrant for second-degree failure to appear.

Harold Edward Henecke, 75, 3207 West 7th St. Unit F, was arrested Saturday evening during a pursuit that ended at West 7th and Richland streets and is accused of attempting to elude a police officer.

Police responded to a location undisclosed by the department Sunday morning after railroad staff reported four subjects were trespassing and riding on a train car. The four subjects were located then cited and released for first-degree criminal trespass.

Alexander Jacob Yankee, 20, 1009 Verdant St., was arrested Sunday morning in the 2400 block of West 10th Street on a municipal court warrant for second-degree failure to appear.

Unlawful entry into a motor vehicle and theft reports were taken Sunday afternoon from the 400 block of East 3rd Street after a victim reported her vehicle was broken into and had several items missing from within.

Justin Casey McClour, 31, 2731 West 10th St., was arrested Sunday afternoon in his home and is accused of third-degree theft.

A hit and run report was taken Sunday evening from a location undisclosed by the department after an employee advised she observed a vehicle strike another in the parking lot and then the suspect fled the area.

Sammi Jolene Wilde, 40, 1403 Lambert St., was arrested Sunday evening following a pursuit in the 100 block of East 9th Street and is accused of attempting to elude a police officer and reckless driving.

Marvin John Krause, 61, no listed address, was arrested Sunday evening at West 2nd and Webber streets on a Multnomah County warrant for second-degree criminal trespass.

William Anthony Henry, 38, 2700 West 7th St. No. 23, was arrested Sunday evening during a traffic stop in the 500 block of Mt. Hood Street and is accused of violation of post-prison supervision sanctions.

Police responded to the hospital early Monday morning after a patient reported she was sexually assaulted at a location undisclosed by the department. A report was taken and the incident is under investigation.

A woman reported Monday morning a person took a $300 phone and brought it back when he was told to, but broke it on the sidewalk on purpose. Justin Cheadle, 31, 2812 W. 7th St., No. 18, was arrested on charges of second-degree theft and second-degree criminal mischief.

A woman reported Monday morning the license plate was stolen off her vehicle in the last week.

A man told police Monday afternoon men were in his house and he wanted them to leave. Michael Allen Naujoks, 44, 118 W. 4th St., was arrested for probation violation.

A caller reported Monday afternoon two people threw a dog off a dock. The dog owner was contacted and warned not to do it again.

Shannon Cheyenne Brown, 38, 1057 W. Irvine St., was arrested at the parole and probation office on a warrant for first-degree escape.

A woman called police Monday evening to report she bought a car and took it to be serviced and learned the miles had been altered on the car, reducing it by over 70,000 miles. She was going to try to work it out with the person who sold her the car.

A vehicle stop early Tuesday morning resulted in the arrest of Ann Marie Howard, 22, 301 Main St., Klickitat, on a charge of possession of methamphetamine.

Wasco County

Sarah Ann Elisabeth Kroeskop, 34, no listed address, was arrested early Saturday morning at Memaloose Campground and is accused of unlawful entry into a motor vehicle and third-degree theft.

Aldo Ramirez, 18, Yuba, Calif., was arrested Sunday evening in the 500 block of Washington Street and is accused of mail theft, second-degree theft, and second-degree criminal trespass.

Oregon State Police

Calvin Marion McAllister, 38, 911 Federal St. No. 10, was arrested Friday evening during a traffic stop at West 2nd and Union streets and is accused of driving under the influence of intoxicants.

Trooper responded to the westbound Memaloose rest area Friday evening after a caller reported a suspicious female handed him a bag and ran away on foot. The bag contained several syringes and possibly some drug residue. Trooper picked up the back and destroyed the contents.

A caller in Antelope reported Monday afternoon an elderly man hasn’t been seen since Friday and he gets his mail every day. The caller and another person checked on him and he was deceased.

A man in Celilo Village reported Monday evening bundles of net and cork lines were stolen.

Sherman County

Sheri Elaine Boehm, 49, Terrabonne, was arrested on Highway 97 northbound, milepost 18 and is accused of driving under the influence of intoxicants.

Regional Jail

Tangie Marie Wilson, 37, 92771 Hinton Rd., Maupin, was remanded to the regional jail on a warrant for failure to register as a sex offender.

Parole & Probation

John Michael Black, 59, 4405 Highway 30, No. 406, was arrested Friday morning in the community corrections office and is accused of two counts of probation violation.

Cory William Krizman, 49, 604 E. Scenic Dr., was arrested Monday morning on a warrant for probation violation.
