The Dalles City

July 24, 1:11 p.m. – Non-injury, non-blocking two vehicle accident reported near Bi-Mart in the 3000 block of West 6th Street. Both vehicles exited the parking lot simultaneously, ended up alongside each other and collided. Officer could not determine fault and assisted in the exchange of information.

An acoustic guitar and a pair of shoes were reported found leaning against a garage in The Dalles Thursday afternoon.


Mid Columbia Fire and Rescue

Crews sent an engine to a multi-family dwelling at 2824 W. 7th at 11:48 p.m. Thursday night. No fire was found.

Crews responded to seven requests for emergency medical services Thursday.

Police Reports

The Dalles City

A female in the 3000 block of Brett Clodfelter Way was arrested Thursday morning for second-degree trespass after refusing to leave the building area. She refused to give her name to officers.

A man who intentionally popped a soccer ball with a knife that was kicked into his yard and the kids he stated were constantly vandalizing and trespassing on his property agreed to a civil compromise on ball replacement Thursday morning.

A transient who slept the night in front of the The Dalles Wasco County Library doors was verbally trespassed from the property Thursday morning.

Wasco County

Deputies located Rachelle Carter at Celilo Park and arrested her on a Wasco County warrant Thursday afternoon. She was lodged at the regional jail.

A black iPhone was reported stolen at the Wasco County Fairgrounds Thursday evening.

Two adult females and one juvenile female were reportedly assaulted in a domestic disturbance in Maupin late Thursday night. Victims were transported to Madras Hospital. Suspect was intoxicated, and left the scene prior to arrival of county and Oregon State Police officers. Officers were unable to locate the suspect, who is being sought on three counts of fourth-degree assault and one count of criminal mischief.

Oregon State Police

Driver of a vehicle stopped for exceeding the speed limit on Interstate 84 eastbound, milepost 69 Thursday afternoon, was cited and released for carrying a concealed firearm under the driver seat and warned for exceeding the speed limit. The driver and two passengers were cited for possession of less than an ounce of marijuana following a consent search.

Regional Jail

Paulette J. George, 28, 25 Georgeville Drive, Goldendale, was arrested Thursday morning and faces charges of criminal trespass in the second degree, failure to appear in the second degree regarding fourth degree assault charges and probation violations.

Dylan M. Grant, 22, general delivery, The Dalles, was arrested early Friday morning in the 1200 block of Pomona Street and is charged with unlawful possession of methamphetamine and probation violations.

Mariah D. Hernandez, 28, general delivery, The Dalles, was arrested early Friday morning in the 1200 block of Pomona Street and is charged with parole violations.

Rochelle L. Carter, 32, no address, The Dalles, was arrested Thursday afternoon and is charged with unlawful delivery of marijuana, delivery of a controlled substance and probation violation.

Cleve B. Liston, 975 W. 3rd, Arlington, was arrested in Arlington Thursday afternoon and lodged at the regional jail on charges of probation violation and tampering with drug records.

Lisa M. Liston, 35, Airport Road, Evan’s Shop, Arlington, was arrested Thursday afternoon and is charged with probation violations and possession of a controlled substance.
