A theft report was taken Tuesday morning from a location undisclosed by the department after a victim reported someone had taken their food stamp card; the incident is under investigation.

Justin Ray Brunson, 23, 1019 Pomona St. Unit A, was arrested Tuesday morning in the 2600 block of West 6th Street and is accused of second-degree theft.

Paul Alexander Komara III, 45, no listed address, was arrested Tuesday afternoon at the Port of The Dalles and is accused of second-degree criminal trespass.

Richard Hunt Nosenzo, 23, 1303 Emerson St., was arrested Tuesday afternoon in his home on an Oregon State warrant for parole violation.

A missing persons report was taken Tuesday afternoon from a location undisclosed by the department.

An agency assist report was taken Tuesday afternoon at the police station after a victim came in to report a vehicle stolen. After it was determined the vehicle was stolen in Klickitat County the report was forward to the correct agency.

A runaway report was taken Tuesday evening from a location undisclosed by the department.

Daniel William Otos, 56, 2510 West 2nd St. No. 28, was arrested Tuesday evening in his home and is accused of unlawful delivery of methamphetamine, unlawful possession of methamphetamine, tampering with drug records, and possession of a controlled substance.

Joseph Michael Smith, 36, 817 Floral St., was arrested Tuesday evening at East 4th and Liberty streets and is accused of violation of post-prison supervision sanctions and third-degree escape.

Police responded to a location undisclosed by the department Tuesday evening after a female victim reported spraying a male suspect with mace as he was violating a stalking order. A report was taken and the incident is under investigation.

Joshua Ray Thomas, 23, 622 Summit Ridge Dr., was arrested Tuesday evening in the 800 block of West 2nd Street and is accused of unlawful possession of methamphetamine.

Brandy May Pyatt, 39, 2510 West 2nd St. No. 11, was arrested Tuesday evening at her home and is accused of second-degree disorderly conduct.

Wasco County

Ashlynn Chylana Sohappy, 27, Celilo Village, was arrested Tuesday evening in the 500 block of East 3rd Street on a circuit court warrant for first-degree failure to appear.

William Craig Weis, 56, 2812 West 7th St. No. 15, was arrested Tuesday evening in the 2500 block of West 2nd Street on a circuit court warrant for first-degree failure to appear.

Regional Jail

Lisa Rene Cheadle, 49, 304 East 11th St., was jailed Tuesday on a circuit court commitment for contempt of court.

Parole & Probation

Laraine Vera Rogers, 46, 1630 East 14th St., was arrested Tuesday morning in the community corrections office and is accused of probation violation.
