The Dalles City

A theft report was taken Tuesday morning from the 3200 block of Bret Clodfelter Way after a victim reported his vehicle was entered overnight and had some items taken.

A criminal mischief report was taken Tuesday morning from a location undisclosed by the department after a victim reported their fence was damaged.

An identity theft report was taken Tuesday afternoon from the 700 block of East 11th Street after a victim reported some money was taken out of her bank account. The incident is under investigation.

A missing persons report was taken Tuesday afternoon from the 2100 block of West 6th Street after a caller reported a co-worker was missing since earlier in the morning with their work vehicle. The missing subject and vehicle were entered into the system.

An informational report was taken Tuesday afternoon from a location undisclosed by the department after a victim reported being held at gunpoint by another subject. Investigation discovered that there was no such incident and that the caller may be having some mental health issues.

A lost property report was taken Tuesday afternoon at the police station after a victim reported losing their wallet somewhere in The Dalles.

A third-degree theft report was taken Tuesday afternoon from the 500 block of Mt. Hood Street after an employee reported a male suspect fled the store with unpaid merchandise.

Wesley Lee Martens, 29, 315 West 6th St. No. 4 was arrested Tuesday evening in the 1200 block of West 6th Street and is accused of third-degree theft.

Matthew Joseph Cobos, 37, no listed address, was arrested Tuesday evening in the 1600 block of H Street on a State Parole board warrant for parole violation and a Klickitat County warrant for being a fugitive from the state of Washington.

Nikki Rae Flora, 29, 411 East 12th St., was arrested early Wednesday morning in the 1700 block of West 6th Street and is accused of unlawful possession of methamphetamine and unlawful delivery of methamphetamine. Christopher Michael Knight, 36, 1208 Roberts St. was also arrested and is accused of unlawful possession of methamphetamine and harassment.

James Dean Brassfield, 28, 603 East 10th St., was arrested early Wednesday morning in the 300 block of West 8th Street on a Clackamas County warrant for third-degree theft.

Wasco County

Deputy responded to Antelope Tuesday evening after a victim reported a male suspect thrown off his lawnmower and punched. Contact was made with the suspect who was uncooperative. He was placed into custody but had injuries he claimed to sustain during a fall prior to the incident. The subject was taken to the hospital and cited for harassment and released into the care of the hospital staff.

Victor Byron Freddie Snell, 32, 1308 Harris St., was arrested Tuesday evening on Highway 197 near The Dalles Bridge on a State Parole board warrant for parole violation and an out of state warrant.

Oregon State Police

Sea Minetta Crews, 32, Maupin, was arrested Tuesday evening during a traffic stop on Brewery Grade on a Clatsop County warrant for probation violation and a Columbia County warrant for contempt of court.

Gilliam County

Cupertino Sanchez Trinidad, 42, Othello, Wash., was arrested Tuesday evening during a traffic stop on Interstate 84 eastbound, milepost 141 and is accused of failure to present and carry an operator’s license and two counts of second-degree criminal possession of forgery instruments.

Alexander Randall Hoyle, 28, Spokane Valley, Wash., was arrested Tuesday evening in Arlington and is accused of unlawful possession of heroin, unlawful possession of methamphetamine, two counts of possession of a controlled substance, and tampering with drug records. He was also arrested on an out of state warrant.

Parole & Probation

Tanner Sinclair Carrico, 38, no listed address, was arrested Tuesday morning in the community corrections office and is accused of violation of post-prison supervision sanctions.
