Cycling Classic kids’ race rolls Saturday

Enjoy an afternoon of fun at the annual Mt. Hood Cycling Classic Kids’ Bike Race this Saturday, June 14, at Water’s Edge Health and Wellness Center.

Registration starts at 3 p.m. for kids on trikes to 12 years of age. Entry is free. A helmet and bike safety check will be performed at registration.

All participants must have a consent form signed by a parent or guardian at the time of registration.

Skill course and activities begin at 3:30 p.m. Racing starts at 5:30 p.m.

Mid-Columbia Medical Center and Mt. Hood Cycling Classic have teamed up to produce the largest kids’ bike race in the Pacific Northwest with a mission to increase the health and fitness of today’s youth. All kids are welcome to come out and ride.

The popular kids’ criterium and skills course will be returning again this year.

Water’s Edge is in Lone Pine Village, right next to The Dalles Bridge.
