Beekeeping classes set

OSU Master Gardener, John Ihle, will teach a beginning beekeeping class at the Parkdale Library on Tuesday, June 17 at 7 p.m. and the Cascade Locks Library on Thursday, June 19 at 7 p.m.

Ihle will bring a display hive to show live bees in action.

This program is part of the Hood River County Library District’s Adult Summer Reading Program. This summer, read, listen to audio CDs, or attend adult programs to win prizes. Sign up at any of the branch libraries beginning Tuesday, June 17.

This program is free and open to the public.
