June 14, 4:37 p.m. – Two vehicle, non-injury crash, location undisclosed by department. Officer assisted with the exchange of information.

June 14, 23:39 p.m. – Two vehicle, non-injury crash, 2600 block of West 6th Street. A female driver had struck a county sheriff’s patrol car. The female was cited for careless driving. A report as taken.

June 16, 3:59 p.m. – Two vehicle, non-injury crash, 1300 block of West 6th Street. A report was taken.

Wasco County

June 13, 9:28 a.m. – Two vehicle, non-injury crash, Maupin. Deputy made phone contact with both victims and assisted with the exchange of information. A report was taken.

Fire

Mid-Columbia Fire & Rescue

June 16, 4:51 p.m. – Personnel responded to Highway 14 near Murdock on a mutual aid request for assistance on a grass fire. Units assisted with mop up duty.

June 16, 11:22 p.m. – Personnel responded to the 4300 block of Chenowith Road on what a caller reported was a large fire in the area. Units thoroughly drove through the area and found no sign of a fire.

Personnel also responded to 11 calls for emergency medical services on Friday, seven on Saturday, 12 on Sunday and five on Monday.

Police Reports

The Dalles City

Thomas Bennie Heinige, 40, 3450 Acorn Rd., was arrested Friday afternoon at East 9th and H streets on a circuit court warrant for three counts of probation violation. Colton Hans Warner, 24, Goldendale, was also arrested and is accused of unlawful possession of methamphetamines. Olivia Marlene Decorci Slemp, 23, Roosevelt, was also arrested and accused of unlawful possession of methamphetamines.

An unlawful entry into a motor vehicle report was taken Friday afternoon after a victim reported his vehicle was prowled overnight.

Damarley Javon Thomas, 29, no listed address, was arrested Friday afternoon at West 4th and 3rd Place on a Multnomah County warrant for failure to appear.

An informational report was taken Friday evening from a location undisclosed by the department after receiving statements from a victim regarding a stalking order.

A male suspect was cited and released for possession of less than an ounce of marijuana during a traffic stop Friday evening at West 9th and Lincoln streets.

Siona Lagavale Fanene, 30, 1009 E. 9th St., was arrested Friday evening in the 1500 block of Barge Way Road and is accused of parole violation.

Terry Robert William Morrison, 47, 315 W. 6th St. No. 15, was arrested early Saturday morning in his home on a circuit court warrant for probation violation. Jeffery Franklin McDonald, 29, 315 W. 6th St. No. 15, was also arrested and is accused of unlawful possession of methamphetamines.

Mario Torres, 38, no listed address, was arrested early Saturday morning during a traffic stop on East 10th and Roberts streets and is accused of driving under the influence of intoxicants, two counts of providing false information to a police officer, failure to present and carry an operator’s license and two out of state warrants. Betty Marie Hoptowit, 39, Toppenish, Wash., was also arrested on a municipal court warrant for second-degree failure to appear.

Shawn Michael Dahl, 39, Dallesport, was arrested Saturday afternoon in the 1300 block of West 6th Street and is accused of unlawful possession of methamphetamines and contempt of court.

A criminal trespass report was taken Saturday afternoon from a location undisclosed by the department after a victim reported a neighbor has been warned several times not to come onto his property and the subject continues to walk through the property to get to his home. The incident is under investigation.

An identity theft report was taken Saturday evening from a location undisclosed by the department after a victim reported her credit card was being fraudulently used.

Kalab Jake Steinfeldt, 26, Gransville, Utah, was arrested early Sunday morning during a traffic stop at West 6th and Webber streets and is accused of driving under the influence of intoxicants and felon in possession of a firearm.

Mecho Angel Olivera, 26, 409 E. 8th St., was arrested early Sunday morning in the 200 block of East 2nd Street and is accused of second-degree criminal trespass and possession of a schedule II controlled substance.

A runaway report was taken Sunday morning from a location undisclosed by the department after a mother reported she had not seen her juvenile daughter for two days. Police responded back to the location later in the morning when the mother called back reporting the daughter returned and was hitting her. The juvenile was cited and released for harassment. She was allowed to leave the house by her mother to cool off.

Steven Joseph Sprague, 43, no listed address, was arrested Sunday morning in the 400 block of Cherry Heights Road and is accused of second-degree disorderly conduct. He was also cited for drinking in public and possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.

Police responded to Riverfront Park Sunday morning after staff reported a male driver was burning his tires in the parking lot. The vehicle was located and the driver was cited for careless driveing.

Michael John Ellis, 39, 2625 Old Dufur Rd., was arrested Sunday evening in the 1700 block of West 10th Street and is accused of two felony counts of domestic strangulation.

Jimmie Joseph Atkins, 30, Wapato, Wash., was arrested Sunday evening during a traffic stop at West 9th and Liberty streets and is accused of failure to present and carry an operator’s license.

Police responded to a location undisclosed by the department Monday morning after an employee called to report a subject was yelling at employees and attempted to steal a bike in the area. The suspect fled prior to officer arrival. A report was taken and the incident is under investigation.

An unlawful entry into a motor vehicle report was taken Monday morning at the police station after a victim reported their vehicle was prowled overnight. The location of the incident was undisclosed by the department.

A custodial interference report was taken Monday morning from a location undisclosed by the department.

A theft report was taken Monday afternoon from a location undisclosed by the department after a victim reported her purse was stolen.

An abandoned vehicle report was taken Monday afternoon from West 6th and Pomona streets; the vehicle was impounded.

Police responded to the 2600 block of West 6th Street Monday afternoon after two juvenile males were caught shoplifting. The suspects were cited for theft and released to their parents.

Police responded to a location undisclosed by the department Monday evening on a report of a domestic disturbance. A report was taken and the incident is under investigation.

Police responded to Kramer Fields after a male subject reported three male subjects took his phone. Contact was made with the suspects who denied any involvement. Two of the three suspects were cited for minor in possession of alcohol and all three were trespassed from the fields.

Joshua Ray Richardson, 40, 1417 Oregon Ave., was arrested early Wednesday morning at the police station and is accused of four counts of second-degree sexual abuse.

Wasco County

An agency assist report was taken Friday afternoon from East 10th and I Streets.

A dog bite report was taken Saturday evening from Celilo Park after a victim reported a dog had bit her and attempted to attack her dog while in the area. The dog was located and placed in quarantine.

A domestic assault report was taken Saturday evening from a location undisclosed by the department after a caller reported his sister was assaulted by her husband. The incident is under investigation.

Martin Bivaldo Rivas, 21, 409 E. 8th St., was arrested early Sunday morning in the 3200 block of Brett Clodfelter Way on a circuit court warrant for violation of a release agreement.

A second-degree theft report was taken Sunday afternoon from a location undisclosed by the department after a victim reported his wallet was found with a large sum of cash missing from it. The incident is under investigation.

A first-degree burglary report was taken Monday evening in Antelope after a victim reported a male suspect broke into his home and stole his cell phone. The incident is under investigation.

Oregon State Police

Daniel R. Savino, 38, Spokane, Wash., was arrested Friday morning in the 1700 block of East 19th Street on an out of state warrant.

Charles Martin Egner, 40, Meridian, Idaho, was arrested Saturday morning during a traffic stop on Interstate 84 eastbound, milepost 103 and is accused of driving while suspended. He was also arrested on a Harney County warrant for second-degree failure to appear.

Craig Raymond Beier, 49, Canby, was arrested Monday evening during a traffic stop on Interstate 84, milepost 234 and is accused of driving while suspended. He was also arrested on two Clackamas County warrants for driving under the influence of intoxicants and driving while suspended.

Nancy Kelly Pauline Taylor, 33, Portland, was arrested Monday evening on Interstate 84, eastbound milepost 90 and is accused of first-degree criminal trespass and probation violation.

Kaden E. Zick, 21, Kennewick, Wash., was arrested Monday evening on Interstate 84, milepost 147 and is accused of unlawful possession of methamphetamines.

Regional Jail

John Howe Swayze, 61, La Grande, was jailed Monday on a circuit court commitment for carrying a concealed knife and unlawful possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.

Travis Lawrence Cooper, 25, 171 W. 10th St., was booked and released Monday on a circuit court commitment for two counts of probation violation.

Michael Lee Ingram, 59, Antelope, was booked and released Monday on a circuit court commitment for harassment.

Parole & Probation

Conan Setefano Iaulualo, 26, 3640 W. 13th St. Unit E6, was arrested Monday morning in the community corrections office and is accused of violation of post-prison supervision sanctions.
