June 18, 8:27 p.m. – Two vehicle, non-injury crash, East 12th and Madison streets. One female driver was cited for careless driving. .

June 18, 7:13 p.m. – Single vehicle, injury crash, Highway 197 northbound, milepost 51. Motorcyclist lost control of his bike and struck the guardrail throwing him off the motorcycle. The victim was taken to a hospital in Madras.

Fire

Mid-Columbia Fire & Rescue

June 18, 6:44 p.m. – Mutual aid call received on a grass fire on Dalles Mountain Road. While en-route units were cancelled. The fire was out of the assistance area.

Personnel also responded to eight calls for emergency medical services.

A theft report was taken Wednesday morning from a location undisclosed by the department after a victim reported his bicycle was stolen.

Harry Max Bullock III, 41, 917 Chenowith Loop Rd., was arrested Wednesday morning in his home on a circuit court warrant for two counts of probation violation.

Brendon Levi Mackey, 20, 1730 East 10th St., was arrested Wednesday afternoon in the community corrections office on two circuit court warrants for failure to appear.

Maria Guadalupe Castillo, 24, 4109 Chenowith Rd. Unit A12, was arrested Wednesday afternoon in the 3300 block of West 6th Street and is accused of third-degree theft.

An informational report was taken Wednesday afternoon from the hospital after a supervisor reported an employee made some disturbing remarks to him about explosives. The incident is under investigation.

A theft report was taken Wednesday afternoon after a victim reported someone used his credit card with his authorization.

Police responded to the 3900 block of West 6th Street Wednesday evening after an employee reported a male subject was on the property and is very confused. Contact was made with the subject who was wanted out of Clackamas County. He was arrested but the regional jail would not take him due to his medical condition. He was cited in-lieu of an arrest and released to a friend.

Justin Mychael Horrell, 31, 1609 East 12th St., was arrested Wednesday evening in his home and is accused of parole violation.

Wasco County

James Walter Combs II, 54, 4943 Pleasant Ridge Rd., was arrested Wednesday evening in the 1000 block of Irvine Street and is accused of three counts of probation violation.

Police responded to a location undisclosed by the department Wednesday evening after a caller reported her husband and his father were involved in a heated argument that was almost physical. Contact was made with both parties who acknowledged they were in an argument but no crime was committed. They were warned of their conduct.

A burglary report was taken early Thursday morning from a location undisclosed by the department after a victim reported he had some items missing from his home.

Julios Omar Castro, 28, no listed address, was arrested Wednesday afternoon in the 3000 block of Threemile Road and is accused of second-degree criminal trespass, second-degree disorderly conduct, and resisting arrest.

Regional Jail

Jack Dale Castator, 30, Boardman, was transported by Umatilla County and jailed Wednesday after being arrested on a Gilliam County warrant for probation violation.

Jeremy Lynn Scott, 35, White Salmon, was transported by Klickitat County and jailed Wednesday after being arrested on a circuit court warrant for probation violation.

Kevin Anthony Jessie, 32, Riddle, was transported by Multnomah County and jailed Wednesday after being arrested on a circuit court warrant for domestic coercion, fourth-degree assault, harassment, and second-degree criminal mischief.

Ryan Gail Mulvaney, 24, 931 Verdant St., was arrested Wednesday morning in the community corrections office and is accused of probation violation.

William Dalton Adams, 18, no listed address, was arrested Wednesday afternoon in the community corrections office and is accused of probation violation.

Kathy Jo Collins, 30, 4109 Chenowith Rd. Unit D27, was arrested Wednesday afternoon in the community corrections office and is accused of probation violation.

Christopher Scott Mulvaney, 25, 931 Verdant St., was arrested Wednesday afternoon in the community corrections office and is accused of two counts of probation violation.
