May 6, 12:45 p.m. – Two vehicle, non-injury crash, 1200 block of West 6th Street. Officer assisted with the exchange of information.

May 6, 2:41 p.m. – Single vehicle versus parked vehicle, non-injury crash, East 4th and Washington streets. Driver was cited for careless driving and driving uninsured. A report was taken.

The Dalles City

A criminal mischief report was taken Tuesday morning from City Park after a maintenance employee advised that restroom had graffiti applied inside.

A found property report was taken Tuesday morning from a location undisclosed by police after a caller found a bicycle in her yard.

Miguel Jose Mendoza Breaux, 22, 1513 East 12th St., was arrested Tuesday morning at the police station and is accused of third-degree robbery, fourth-degree domestic assault, second-degree criminal mischief, harassment, and unlawful entry into a motor vehicle.

Jeremy Roberts Hudson, 28, Mosier, was arrested Tuesday afternoon at the hospital and accused of fourth-degree assault and second-degree disorderly conduct.

A restraining order violation report was taken Tuesday afternoon at the police station after a female victim reported a male subject has been contacting her by mail, which violates the court order. The incident is under investigation.

Shannon Kaye Stephenson, 38, 702 East 11th St., was arrested Tuesday afternoon in her home and is accused of menacing.

Wasco County

An assault report was taken Tuesday afternoon from a location undisclosed by the department after a female victim reported her boyfriend punched her two weeks ago. The incident is under investigation.

Deputy responded to the 3600 block of West 10th Street early Wednesday morning on a report of a domestic dispute. Caller reported a male and female were involved in a physical dispute and wrestling outside the home. The female was found lying on the ground and the male was gone. The female was transported to the hospital for injuries sustained in the altercation. The male suspect was located by Klickitat County in Dallesport and arrested on a Skamania County warrant. The incident is under investigation.

Oregon State Police

A 33-year-old male subject from The Dalles was cited and released for failure to register as a sex offender Tuesday morning the state police office.

Parole & Probation

Larry John Barker, 53, 118 West 4th St. No. 29, was arrested Tuesday morning at the community corrections office and is accused of violation of post-prison supervision sanctions.

Kathryn Mae Foss, 46, 3311 West 13th St., was arrested Tuesday evening in the community corrections office and is accused of two counts of probation violation.
