Adam George Coffey, 37, 1421 E. 9th St., 45 days jail, with credit for time served, 36 months supervised probation, $1,000 court costs, $100 restitution, for first-degree burglary, a Class A felony. Dismissed were counts of first-degree burglary and second-degree criminal trespass.

Raymond Aurther Newberry, 29, 41 North Eagle Point Rd., Tygh Valley, five days jail, with credit for time served, 36 months supervised probation, $900 court costs, for felon in possession of a firearm, a Class C felony. Dismissed was a charge of second-degree disorderly conduct.

Amanda Michell Worley, 19, general delivery, The Dalles, 24 months supervised probation, $700 court costs, $226.12 restitution to two local stores, for third-degree robbery, a Class C felony. Dismissed were charges of third-degree theft and harassment.

Katrina Lou Nagy, 22, 1406 Dry Hollow Rd., driver’s license suspended for 90 days, 12 months supervised probation, $850 court costs, $400 restitution, for reckless driving, a Class A misdemeanor; also sentenced to 12 months supervised probation for resisting arrest, a Class A misdemeanor. Dismissed were counts of unlawful possession of a controlled Schedule II substance, and two counts of attempting to commit a Class C or an unclassified felony – assaulting a public safety officer. Diverted was a count of driving under the influence of intoxicants.

Gary Anthony Pilcher, 33, 1320 Dry Hollow Rd., 16 days jail, with credit for time served, 12 months bench probation, $100 court costs, for menacing, constituting domestic violence, a Class A misdemeanor.

Stephen John Sams, 22, 580 NE Spring St., White Salmon, 20 days jail, with credit for time served, 24 months supervised probation, $500 court costs, restitution to be determined, for identity theft, a Class C felony. Given the same sentence for two other counts of identity theft, and for a fourth count of identity theft, was sentenced to 24 months probation. Six other counts of identity theft were dismissed.

Jesse Ray Still, 20, 1061 Irvine St. W. Unit C, The Dalles, 15 days jail, with credit for time served, driver’s license suspended for one year, 18 months supervised probation, $300 suspended fine, for fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer while in a motor vehicle, a Class C felony. Also sentenced to 15 days in jail, with credit for time served, a 90-day driver’s license suspension, 18 months supervised probation, for reckless driving, a Class A misdemeanor. Also concurrently sentenced to 15 days jail, with credit for time served, a six-month driver’s license suspension, $200 suspended fine, and 18 months supervised probation for unlawful possession of methamphetamine, a Class C felony. Dismissed were counts of third-degree theft and second-degree theft, fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer after getting out of a motor vehicle, recklessly endangering another person and criminal driving while suspended or revoked.

Gary William Harth, 65, 3975 Browns Creek Rd., 12 months bench probation, $200 court costs, $200 restitution, for misapplication of entrusted property, a Class A misdemeanor. Dismissed were counts of first-degree aggravated theft, and two counts of committing a prohibited act with intent to evade tax law requirements.

Christopher Zoey Schwarzbach, 19, 700 W. 14th St., 18 months supervised probation, $900 court costs, $300 fine suspended, for possession of marijuana, a Class B felony; also sentenced to 18 months supervised probation, for endangering the welfare of a minor a Class A misdemeanor. Dismissed was a count of unlawful delivery of marijuana for consideration, and two counts of endangering the welfare of a minor.

Brian Zachary Bell, 33, 1704 Hwy 97, Goldendale, $500 court costs, for criminal driving while suspended or revoked, a Class A misdemeanor.

Brian Phillip Robotnik, 40, 754 Pleasant Ct., 45 days jail, with credit for time served, 90-day driver’s license suspension, 18 months supervised probation, $2,000 court costs, for fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer while in a motor vehicle, a Class C felony reduced to a Class A misdemeanor; also sentenced to 45 days in jail, with credit for time served, driver’s license revoked for life, 18 months supervised probation, for driving under the influence of intoxicants, a Class A misdemeanor.

Gerardo Casillas Rodriguez, 32, 2525 W. 8th St., Space 50, 18 months supervised probation, $100 court costs, $100 fine, suspended, for fourth-degree assault, a Class A misdemeanor. Dismissed were counts of harassment and first-degree criminal mistreatment; also, 18 months supervised probation, $200 court costs, with $100 suspended, for fourth-degree assault, a Class A misdemeanor. Charges of first-degree criminal mistreatment and harassment were dismissed.

Travis Lawrence Cooper, 25, general delivery, The Dalles, 18 months supervised probation, for unlawful possession of methamphetamine, a Class C felony.

Beth Ann Miller Scherf, 44, 812 E. 14th St., 36 months supervised probation, $900 court costs, for fourth-degree assault, a Class C felony. Charges of harassment, second-degree disorderly conduct and second-degree criminal mischief were dismissed.

Kody Mitchell Eastman, 20, 310 E. 12th St., 36 months supervised probation, $900 court costs, for unlawful delivery of methamphetamine, a Class B felony. Dismissed were one count of unlawful delivery of methamphetamine and three counts of unlawful possession of methamphetamine.

James Monroe Dickens, 57, 4405 Hwy 30 W., No. 406, six months in jail, with credit for time served, and concurrent to other previously imposed sentences, two years post-prison supervision, for delivery of methamphetamine, a Class B felony; also concurrently sentenced to six months in jail and two years post-prison supervision for unlawful possession of methamphetamine, a Class C felony; also concurrently sentenced to six months in jail for tampering with physical evidence, a Class A misdemeanor.

Amber Renee Whitefoot, 26, 2824 W. 7th St. Apt. 36, 10 days jail, with credit for time served, $200 court costs, 24 months supervised probation, for criminal nonsupport, a Class C felony; also sentenced to 10 days jail, with credit for time served, 24 months supervised probation for endangering the welfare of a minor, a Class A misdemeanor. Dismissed were four counts of endangering the welfare of a minor, frequenting a place where controlled substances are used, and unlawful possession of one avoirdupois ounce of marijuana or more but less than four avoirdupois ounces of marijuana.

Ren Mykel Brown, 27, Portland, 36 months supervised probation, $500 court costs, for strangulation constituting domestic violence, a Class C felony. Dismissed were counts of strangulation constituting domestic violence and fourth-degree assault.

Paul Edwin Burke, 54, 336 South County Rd., Tygh Valley, 18 months supervised probation, $500 court costs, $1,000 restitution to victim, for menacing constituting domestic violence, a Class A misdemeanor. Dismissed were attempting to commit a Class B felony (second-degree assault constituting domestic violence) and unlawful use of a weapon constituting domestic violence.

Robert Grant Kline, 48, Sandy, 28 months in prison, with credit for time served, three years post-prison supervision, for unlawful delivery of marijuana for no consideration, a Class C felony. Dismissed were counts of unlawful delivery of marijuana for no consideration, two counts of unlawful possession of marijuana, criminal forfeiture, and criminal driving while suspended or revoked.

Jason Michael Barker, 27, 2412 W. 10th St., No. 62, The Dalles, 15 days jail, with credit for time served, $900 court costs, 18 months supervised probation, for possession of methamphetamine, a Class C felony; also 18 months probation, $300 suspended fine, for possession of methamphetamine, a Class C felony.

William Dalton Adams, 18, 3817 W. 10th St. No. 43, 18 months supervised probation, $100 court costs, $300 restitution to local business, for second-degree theft, a Class A misdemeanor

Lorena Viveros Cruz, 21, 519 W. 17th St., 14 months prison, with credit for time served, 24 months post-prison supervision, $800 court costs, for aggravated harassment, a Class C felony; also sentenced to 14 months in prison, with six months to run consecutively with other jail terms, and 24 months post-prison supervision, for aggravated harassment. Dismissed was a charge of second-degree disorderly conduct.

Maricela Hernandez-Villa, 24, 3215 W. 7th St. No. A, 12 months bench probation, $160 court costs, for harassment, a Class B misdemeanor. Dismissed was a charge of fourth-degree assault constituting domestic violence.

Michael Tayler Schell, 25, 3817 W. 10th St. No. 36, 60 days jail, with credit for time served, 36 months supervised probation, $200 suspended fine, $1,000 restitution to victim, for second-degree sexual abuse, a Class C felony. Dismissed were charges of coercion and three counts of third-degree sexual abuse.

Luis Eduardo Flores, 22, 1125 Sunflower, 20 days jail, with credit for time served, 24 months bench probation, $300 court costs, and restitution to be determined, for first-degree theft, a Class C felony reduced to a Class A misdemeanor.

Misty Dawn Poole, 41, 3640 W. 13th St. Apt. F-1, concurrently sentenced to five days jail, with credit for time served, $100 suspended fine, for two counts of second-degree disorderly conduct, a Class B misdemeanor. Dismissed were charges of second-degree criminal mischief and aggravated harassment.
