May 29, 5:12 p.m. – Two vehicle, non-injury crash, 500 block of Mt. Hood St. Officer assisted with the exchange of information.

Mid-Columbia Fire & Rescue

May 29, 9:57 p.m. – Personnel responded to East 2nd Street near the tie plant after a passing train through the area observed a railcar smoking. The area was checked and no problem was found.

Personnel also responded to four calls for emergency medical services.

Police Reports

The Dalles City

Police responded to the hospital Thursday morning on a report of a discharged patient refusing to leave the emergency room. Suspect left prior to officer arrival.

An informational report was taken Thursday morning from the high school on a possible sex crime. The incident is under investigation.

A theft report was taken Thursday afternoon from the 1200 block of West 6th Street after an employee reported video evidence of a suspect stealing items from the store. The incident is under investigation.

A burglary report was taken Thursday afternoon from the 800 block of East 9th Street after a victim said her home was entered overnight and had some items missing.

A theft report was taken Thursday afternoon from a location undisclosed by the department after a victim said some items were taken from his property.

Leticia Carina Herrera, 20, 2115 West 10th St., was arrested Thursday evening in the 2400 block of West 6th Street and is accused of second-degree criminal trespass. Nicole Justine Worley, 21, Portland, was also arrested and is accused of second-degree criminal trespass.

An assault report was taken Thursday evening from the 500 block of Mt. Hood Street after a caller reported her son was assaulted by another male subject. The incident is under investigation.

William Dalton Adams, 18, 3817 West 10th St., was arrested Thursday evening at West 8th and Myrtle streets and is accused of three counts of probation violation.

Police responded to the 3600 block of West 10th Street Thursday evening after a caller reported several witnesses observed a female subject hitting a juvenile child in a car. A report was taken and the incident is under investigation.

A first-degree burglary report was taken Thursday evening from a location undisclosed by the department after a victim reported she was out of town for a month and when she returned someone broke into her home.

John Scott Frizzell, 51, no listed address, was arrested early Friday morning in the 500 block of Mt. Hood Street and is accused of second-degree criminal trespass.

Paulette Jenece George, 28, Goldendale, was arrested early Friday morning in the 200 block of East 2nd Street and is accused of fourth-degree assault and second-degree criminal mischief.

Wasco County

Deputy responded to a location undisclosed by the department after a caller reported his daughter was bitten by a dog. A report was taken and is under investigation.

Lucas Henry Weiss, 25, Mosier, was arrested Thursday evening in Mosier on a Hood River municipal court warrant for failure to pay fines.

An informational report was taken Thursday evening from a location undisclosed after a victim reported another female suspect pulled her hair. The incident is under investigation.

Oregon State Police

John David Deen, 58, Arlington, was arrested in this home Thursday evening and is accused of fourth-degree domestic assault.

Regional Jail

Jill Michelle Olson, 31, Portland, was jailed Thursday on a circuit court commitment for second-degree theft.

Robert Andrew Rowan, 29, no listed address, was transported and jailed Thursday after being arrested on a circuit court warrant for three counts of probation violation.
