June 2, 3:11 p.m. – Two vehicle, non-injury crash, West 2nd and Union Streets. Vehicle rear ended another vehicle. One driver was cited. A report was taken.

Fire

Mid-Columbia Fire & Rescue

June 2, 9:27 a.m. – Personnel responded to the 2000 block of West Scenic Drive on a report of a burn complaint. A residence was found in the area that had a small backyard fire that was already extinguished upon our arrival. Contact was made with the owner who was counseled on the burning regulations.

Personnel also responded to seven calls for emergency medical services.

Karissa Joyce Collins, 24, The Dalles, was arrested Tuesday morning in the 400 block of Court Street and is accused of driving while suspended.

Michael Shane Stephens, 43, The Dalles, was arrested Tuesday evening in the 3300 block of West 6th Street and is accused of strangulation, resisting arrest, harassment, and second-degree disorderly conduct.

Terra L. Green, 20, The Dalles, was arrested Tuesday evening in the 2800 block of West 7th Street and is accused of unlawful delivery of methamphetamine, unlawful possession of methamphetamine, and first-degree theft. Robert Levario, 27, The Dalles, was also arrested and is accused of unlawful delivery of methamphetamine, unlawful possession of methamphetamine, second-degree burglary, and first-degree theft by receiving.

A found property report was taken early Wednesday morning after a bicycle was found near the turnout at Highway 197 and Highway 30.

Wasco County

Ryan Gail Mulvaney, 25, The Dalles, was arrested Tuesday afternoon near Dufur Bypass Road and is accused of probation violation.

An agency assist report was taken Tuesday evening from the 3300 block of West 10th Street after assisting city police with an assault investigation.

Regional Jail

Margueritte Ann Quinteros, 52, no listed address, was transported and jailed Wednesday after being arrested on a local warrant for probation violation.

Jacqueline Elizabeth Rojas, 39, Toppenish, Wash., was transported and jailed Wednesday after being arrested on a local warrant for three counts of failure to appear.

Kace Raphael Larue, 29, Portland, was transported and jailed Wednesday after being arrested on a local warrant for probation violation.

Benjamin Von Fisk, 43, Sherwood, was transported and jailed Wednesday after being arrested on a local warrant for probation violation.

Brandon James Dean, 29, Portland, was transported and jailed Wednesday after being arrested on a local warrant for contempt of court.

Daniel John Lundquist, 50, no listed address, was transported and jailed Wednesday after being arrested on a local warrant for contempt of court.

Starr Elizabeth Pervoe, 26, Portland, was transported and jailed Wednesday after being arrested on a local warrant for failure to appear.

Jordan Dean Cook, 28, Tigard, was transported and jailed Wednesday after being arrested on a local warrant for failure to appear.

Veronica Lee Davis, 43, The Dalles, was arrested Tuesday afternoon in the community corrections office and is accused of probation violation.

Jaime Lynn Mulvaney, 26, The Dalles, was arrested Tuesday afternoon in the community corrections office and is accused of two counts of probation violation.
