May 19, 8:46 a.m. – City police responded to River Road after a caller reported a vehicle in the ditch. Contact was made with the registered owner who advised he crashed the vehicle early in the morning. He was working on getting the vehicle towed.

A runaway report was taken Tuesday morning from the 1800 block of East 9th Street.

Police responded to the 1300 block of East 19th Street Tuesday afternoon after administrative staff reported a juvenile female was in possession of marijuana on school property. A report was taken and the incident is under investigation.

A theft report was taken Tuesday afternoon from the 1200 block of West 6th Street.

Wesley Lee Martens, 30, The Dalles, was arrested Tuesday afternoon at East 12th and Harris streets and is accused of second-degree theft, first-degree criminal mischief, unlawful possession of methamphetamine, and three counts of probation violation.

A criminal mischief report was taken Tuesday evening from the 600 block of East 20th Street after a victim reported someone keyed his vehicle.

A runaway report was taken Tuesday evening from the 2800 block of West 7th Street.

Brian Phillip Robotnik, 41, The Dalles, was arrested Tuesday evening in the 2000 block of West 8th Street and is accused of probation violation.

Jones William Thomas, 19, The Dalles, was arrested early Wednesday morning in the 300 block of Lone Pine Drive and is accused of third-degree escape and felon in possession of a weapon. He was also arrested on a warrant for failure to appear.

Police responded to the 100 block of West 7th Street early Wednesday morning after a caller reported someone was breaking into her home. It was determined the suspect had attempted to get inside the home in an attempt to contact someone staying inside. When they wouldn’t let him in he threw a rock through the window. A criminal mischief report was taken.

Troy Edward Burchfield, 40, The Dalles, was arrested Wednesday morning in the 200 block of East 2nd Street and is accused of second-degree disorderly conduct and probation violation.

A second-degree theft report was taken Tuesday afternoon from the 3300 block of West 13th Street.

David A. Sidman, 60, The Dalles, was arrested Tuesday evening in the 2100 block of West 6th Street on a warrant for failure to appear.

Oregon State Police

John Richard Bradley, 36, Rufus, was arrested Tuesday afternoon during a traffic stop on Interstate 84 eastbound, milepost 88 and is accused of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.

Gilliam County

Holden Dean Holt Smith, 21, Arlington, was arrested Tuesday afternoon in Arlington and is accused of second-degree burglary and third-degree rape.

Regional Jail

Kenneth Steven Maravelias, 28, Yakima, Wash., was transported and jailed Wednesday after being arrested on a circuit court warrant for probation violation.

Amanda Michell Worley, 20, The Dalles, was transported and jailed Wednesday after being arrested on a circuit court warrant for three counts of probation violation.

Skylar Davis Cecil, 25, Condon, was transported and jailed Wednesday after being arrested on a Gilliam County warrant for probation violation.

Parole & Probation

Tiffany Maria Barajas, 21, The Dalles, was arrested Tuesday afternoon in the community corrections office and is accused of probation violation.
