The Dalles City

November 1, 10:36 a.m. – Two vehicle, non-injury crash, East 4th and Jefferson streets. Officer assisted with the exchange of information.

November 1, 11:29 a.m. – Two vehicle, non-injury crash, West 2nd and Webber streets. A report was taken.

November 2, 2:17 p.m. – Two vehicle, injury crash, West 3rd Place and West 4th Street. Francisco Leon, 36, The Dalles, was arrested and is accused of driving under the influence of intoxicants, reckless driving, and third-degree assault. A report was taken.

Oregon State Police

November 2, 11:48 a.m. – Single vehicle, non-injury crash, Highway 197 near milepost 3. Driver was pulling off the side of the road to let vehicles pass and his trailer’s tires went onto the soft shoulder causing the unit to tip over. A report was taken as some contaminants leaked from vehicle.

November 3, 1:55 a.m. – Single vehicle, non-injury crash, Interstate 84 westbound, milepost 97. Semi driver struck two deer. The radiator of the semi was punctured and it had to be towed away.

Fire

Mid-Columbia Fire & Rescue

October 30, 7:52 p.m. – Personnel responded to the 3800block of West 10th Street on a report of a structure fire. Upon arrival a trailer was found fully involved. The fire was extinguished and the cause of the fire is still under investigation. No one was living in the unit and power had been shut off earlier in the week.

Crews also responded to two calls for emergency medical services on Friday, four on Saturday, nine on Sunday and six on Monday.

The Dalles City

A runaway report was taken Friday morning from the 2200 block of East 13th Street after a mother reported her juvenile daughter left the home.

Larry Lauzon, 56, The Dalles, was arrested Friday morning in the 1200 block of West 6th Street and is accused of second-degree criminal trespass.

Police responded to the 700 block of Floral Court after a mother called to report her juvenile son was smoking marijuana. Contact was made with the juvenile who was cited for minor in possession of marijuana. A report was taken.

Brad Lee Landrum, 37, White Salmon, Wash., was arrested Friday evening in the 2500 block of West 6th Street and is accused of first-degree criminal mistreatment, fourth-degree assault, harassment, and second-degree disorderly conduct.

Police responded to the hospital Friday evening after staff reported a mom came in with a toddler who had several bruises.

An informational report was taken and is under investigation.

An agency assist report was taken Friday evening from the 2000 block of West 9th Street after assisting Hood River County Sheriff’s office with a possible abuse investigation.

Zachary Nathaniel Flock, 19, The Dalles, was arrested early Saturday morning in the 100 block of West 3rd Street and is accused of second-degree disorderly conduct.

Rene Martinez Mata, 20, The Dalles, was arrested early Saturday morning during a traffic stop at East 9th and Dry Hollow streets and is accused of driving under the influence of intoxicants.

A hit and run report was taken early Saturday morning from the 1100 block of East 9th Street.

A second-degree burglary and first-degree theft reports were taken Saturday morning from the 400 block of East 2nd Street after a victim reported his store was broken into and had some items stolen.

A theft report was taken Saturday morning from the marina after a victim reported a motor was stolen from his boat.

A theft report was taken Saturday morning from the 1400 block of East 19th Street after a victim reported she had some tires stolen from her property.

A theft report was taken Saturday afternoon from the 1000 block of Snipes Street after a victim reported her bicycle was stolen.

A found property report was taken Saturday afternoon from the 1700 block of East 9th Street after a caller reported a shopping cart was found on his property.

James Earl Mulvaney, 21, The Dalles, was arrested Saturday evening in the 800 block of Union Street and is accused of two counts of probation violation. Ashlee Renae Klaviter, 28, The Dalles, was also arrested and is accused of post-prison violations.

Police responded to the 500 block of Mt. Hood Street Saturday evening after staff reported a group of juveniles stole a bundle of firewood. Contact was made with the subjects who returned the firewood. One of the subjects was a runaway from Gresham but the mother refused to come and pick up the child. An informational report was taken.

Michael David Shinnick, 44, The Dalles, was arrested Saturday evening at West 9th and Trevitt streets and is accused of post-prison violations.

Jordan Charles Bay, 34, The Dalles, was arrested early Sunday morning in the 1700 block of Thompson Street and is accused of two counts of probation violation, felon in possession of a weapon and parole violation. He was also arrested on an out of state warrant.

A runaway report was taken early Sunday morning from the 2700 block of West 7th Street.

Jorge Ernesto Henriquez Hernandez, 30, The Dalles, was arrested Sunday morning in the 1300 block of East 13th Street and is accused of second-degree criminal trespass and second-degree criminal mischief.

Police responded to the skate park Sunday afternoon after a caller reported a group of girls claimed they had taken a large quantity of prescription medication. Contact was made with one of the juveniles who was cited for minor in possession of marijuana. A report was taken.

Kyle Lindsay Moksvold, 28, no listed address, was arrested Sunday evening in the 200 block of East 8th Street and is accused of menacing.

Martin Bivaldo Rivas, 23, The Dalles, was arrested early Monday morning in the 1900 block of West 6th Street and is accused of two counts of probation violation.

Travis Michael Lloyd Norton, 18, Maupin, was arrested early Monday morning during a traffic stop in the 1100 block of West 6th Street and is accused of driving under the influence of intoxicants.

Damian Antonio Wright, 26, The Dalles, was arrested Monday morning in the 3100 block of West 7th Street and is accused of strangulation, harassment, and coercion.

A found property report was taken Monday morning from West 9th and Garrison streets after a caller reported a bicycle was abandoned in the alley.

Zachariah James Hoyt, 23, The Dalles, was arrested Monday afternoon in the 2700 block of West 7th Street and is accused of second-degree criminal mischief and interference with making a police report.

A criminal mischief report was taken Monday afternoon from the 700 block of Union Street after a caller reported his window was shot out with a bb gun.

A theft report was taken Monday evening from the middle school after a victim reported his wallet was stolen from his unlocked vehicle.

Dana Ross Howard, 48, Salem, was arrested early Tuesday morning in the 1300 block of West 6th Street on a warrant for failure to appear.

Jason Michael Barker, 28, The Dalles, was arrested early Tuesday morning in the 2700 block of West 7th Street and is accused of parole violation.

Wasco County

A theft report was taken Friday evening from the Wapinitia campsite after a victim reported her backpack was stolen.

A theft report was taken Saturday morning from Mosier after a victim reported her phone was stolen.

An agency assist report was taken Saturday morning from the 3800 block of West 10th Street after assisting the fire department with a fire investigation on Friday.

Hazen Choate Davis, 24, Warm Springs, was arrested Saturday afternoon during a traffic stop on Highway 197 near milepost 18 on a warrant for three counts of failure to appear.

Jenny Marie Blake, 38, The Dalles, was arrested Sunday evening in the 500 block of West 9th Street and is accused of probation violation.

Police responded to the 3800 block of West 10th Street Sunday evening from the 3800 block of West 10th Street after a caller reported a juvenile subject took a large quantity of prescription medication. A report was taken and the incident was under investigation.

Cain Madrigal Rodriguez, 43, The Dalles, was arrested Monday evening in the 4100 block of Chenowith Road and is accused of first-degree sexual abuse, first-degree sexual penetration with a foreign object, and second-degree theft.

Ashara Dane Buzzard, 31, The Dalles, was arrested Monday evening during a traffic stop on Chenowith Road and is accused of driving under the influence of intoxicants and recklessly endangering another person.

Oregon State Police

A theft report was taken Friday afternoon from a rest area near Boardman after staff reported the janitorial had some items missing from it.

Diana Jacqueline Sohappy, 33, Portland, was arrested Saturday afternoon during a traffic stop on Interstate 84 eastbound, milepost 74 and is accused of driving while suspended.

Gilliam County

Sarah Marie Tinney, 24, Moses Lake, Wash., was arrested Saturday morning during a traffic stop on Interstate 84 eastbound, milepost 136 and is accused of unlawful possession of methamphetamine.

Barbary Lynn Bishop, 39, Condon, was arrested early Sunday morning in Condon and is accused of probation violation. Richard Dennis Field, 66, Condon, was also arrested and is accused of contempt of court and unlawful possession of methamphetamine.

Regional Jail

Eugene Dewayne Emett, 67, The Dalles, was jailed Friday on a court commitment for driving under the influence of intoxicants.

James Edward Wham, 28, The Dalles, was jailed Saturday on a court commitment for probation violation.

Neil Wanyuen Tzeo, 48, Portland, was jailed Monday on a court commitment for a wildlife offense.
