Stanley Lee Krusow, 75, resident, died March 28, 2013, in Phoenix, Ariz.
He was born July 5, 1937, in The Dalles, Ore., to Stanley S. Krusow and Elma Krusow-Brashers.
He was the grandson of Judge Fred Krusow of Grass Valley, Ore. He also was a great-great-grandson of Joab Powell, one of the first circuit-riding preachers in this area. He attended school in Moro, Ore., Gresham, Ore., Taft, Ore., The Dalles, Ore., and Lyle, Wash.
He spent several years as a long haul truck driver. He also worked for Boise Cascade Lumber Co. He and Cathy Haugan were commercial gardeners in Hermiston, Ore., for 13 years.
He is survived by his mother Elma Brashers, his brother Fred Krusow, his long-time companion Cathy Haugan, and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father Stanley Krusow, his adopted son Donald, and his brother Daniel Krusow.
