Patrick Michael Dougharity passed away in his residence of Snowden in White Salmon, Wash., on February 1, 2014, at the age of 59.
He was born in Baker, Ore. on May 13, 1954, to Paul Dougharity and Shirley Doherty.
Patrick grew up in La Grande, Ore. After graduating, he worked with his father at his logging company.
In 1988, he moved to The Dalles, Ore., with his only daughter, Mandy, to attend college. He received two Masters and a BA in Computer Science, started his own business, and later became a car salesman.
In 2000, he moved to White Salmon, Wash. He married Sherrol Trunt on June 30, 2001.
Patrick is survived by his daughter, Mandy Boorman of Deadwood, Ore.; three grandchildren in The Dalles, Ore. and Montana; two nieces and two nephews; cousin and best friend, Tim Doherty, of Idaho; and many other cousins.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Shirley Doherty, and father, Paul Dougharity, in 1988; and sister, Paula Jean Dougharity, of Baker, Ore. in 2012.
