Cecilia was one of my favorite people while working together at the Wasco ESD. She made me laugh and we would go on adventures together. We always had ideas on what we wanted to do next to a certain man, but never really got it done, other than talk about it. I thoroughly enjoyed every moment we spent together and became good friends.
