Maryjane Ruth Cook passed away at home in The Dalles, Ore., on Feb. 1, 2017, of natural causes. She was born Dec. 6, 1973, in The Dalles, to William Edward Cook Sr. and Alba Florence Cook (Drury).
She enjoyed spending time with her children, watching TV, crossword puzzles, Walmart, yard saling, Facebooking, her two dogs, scrapbooking, and shopping with Aunt Betty.
She is survived by her son, Bradley Charles Knight and daughter, Domi Ann Knight, both of The Dalles; Half-brothers William Edward Cook Jr. and Charles (Chucky) Cook, The Dalles; Brother Michael Dean Alba Nisbit of Lake Stevens, Wash.; Sister Amy Heidi Rose (Cook) Junken and her husband William Jerome Junken Jr. from The Dalles; Aunt Betty Ervin and her beloved dogs, Tinkerbell and Moose, and also numerous cousins, uncles, and friends.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents; her father, who passed away Dec. 11, 2007, her mother, who passed away Nov. 10, 2012; cousins, aunts, uncles, and friends.
A celebration of life will be held at Life and Christ Center in The Dalles, Ore., on March 11, 2017 at 11 a.m. with a potluck to follow.
