William “Elmo” Kelly, 90, passed away on Jan 16, 2017 peacefully in his sleep with his wife Isabell at his side. Born in Blackwater, Virginia. Succumbed to the affects of Alzheimer's, after an 8 year struggle. Survived by his wife of 68 years Isabell R. Kelly Spokane Valley, WA., sons Clinton E. Kelly Milton Freewater, Ore., Adali J. Kelly Powell Butte, Ore., and William A. Kelly Malaga, WA.. He was preceded in death by his son Sidney L. Kelly Kalama, WA..
Elmo enjoyed hunting, fishing and loved to garden, and always raising a garden much larger than needed and gave a good portion of it away. He was an extremely hard worker and quick to offer help to anyone that needed it and never met a stranger.
He had 15 grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren, and 1 great great grandchild.
Elmo was a Navy veteran serving during WWII.
