Pamela Jay (P.J.) Robbins, passed away on Aug. 17, 2017, at the age of 58 after a short illness. She was born on July 5, 1959, in Wenatchee, Wash. to Larry and Jenny Robbins.
Everyone who met Pam would tell you that she was an absolute blessing.
She was a very devoted daughter, selflessly serving as the soul caregiver for her mother for decades before Pam went to be with our Lord Jesus Christ. She was a terrific friend, sibling and aunt who always put the needs of others far ahead of her own.
Instead of a traditional funeral, a “celebration of life” party will be held at Sorosis Park in The Dalles, Ore., on Oct. 14, from 3-5 p.m. Those attending are encouraged to bring their favorite chili recipe in a crock pot, just as Pam used to provide her guests every Halloween.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations for the care and feeding of her dogs and cats, who continue to live with her mother, who now resides in Newberg, Ore. Donations Address: Jenny Robbins, 12110 NE Honey Lane, Newberg, Oregon 97132
