CHEFS GATHERED recently to plan their entries for An Evening with HAVEN, Thursday, April 11, from 6 to 8 p.m. at The Dalles Civic Auditorium. Every year, HAVEN brings together some of the area’s best chefs to prepare their specialties. Pictured above, from left, are Wendy Wham, Petite Provence; Tara Koch, HAVEN executive director; Bev Eagy, Anzac Tea Parlour; Anna Williams, prevention coordinator; Mike Walch, Mike’s Bakitchen Bakery; Chris Hance, Cousins’ Restaurant; Paul Hickman, Water’s Edge Bistro; Hayley Isaak, HAVEN volunteer coordinator and Carrie Nelson, Water’s Edge Bistro.
