THE TOYOTA Prius, driven by Jocelyn F. Gay of The Dalles, came to a rest against the center median in an eastbound lane of Interstate 84 after she reportedly made a U-turn and drove the wrong way after missing an exit ramp. Gay and the driver of the Dodge Caravan she allegedly struck almost head-on, Rebekah A. Darden, 65, of Umatilla, were transported to Mid-Columbia Medical Center for treatment of minor injuries.

Wrong-way driver crashes on I-84
Oregon State police say an 88-year-old wrong-way driver was responsible for a multiple vehicle crash Monday morning that closed the eastbound lanes of Interstate 84 for about 90 minutes.
