Wasco County Facilities Operations Manager Fred Davis, left, is joined by technician Gene Scherer in putting up signs to communicate a Tobacco Free Policy. Scherer quit using tobacco 23 years ago and is pleased the county is encouraging more people to quit and supporting those who have quit through the policy.
