PATRIOT GUARD Rider Todd Klaviter joins about 30 other bikers in the 2013 Veterans Day Parade that had more than 40 entries and ended at The Dalles Armory where a potluck lunch was served by Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 2471 and Auxiliary, in partnership with the Mid-Columbia Veterans Memorial Committee. Army veteran Harold Bourland, at left in top photo below, and George Little, also a former soldier, were among the spectators that lined Sixth Street to watch the parade. Others hitched a ride on floats or in vehicles, such as the boy pictured below, to enjoy the festivities from another vantage point.
