The Dalles Civic Auditorium will once again host the Columbia Gorge Cowboy Gathering Saturday, Nov. 30, from 1 to 10 p.m. The event features open mike performances and western lifestyle vendors from 1 to 5 p.m. Access to this portion of the event is free. A ticketed evening show begins at 7 p.m. (doors open at 6). The show kicks off with Stampede, followed by cowboy poet Duane Lee Nelson with special guest Coyote Joe Sartin. Returning for a second go-around at the gathering is award-winning singer-songwriter Dave Stamey. Pictured above is John Schultz of Prineville performing in the 2012 open mike session.
