Dufur Ranger senior tight end Curtis Crawford (35) stiff arms Adrian-Jordan Valley linebacker Dakota Martin on a pass reception in Saturday’s 1A state quarterfinal football game played at Dufur High School. Crawford posted 135 yards and two touchdowns to help the No. 2-seeded and undefeated Rangers to a 50-12 victory. With the win, Dufur hits the field against sixth-seeded Falls City in a semifinal contest slated for noon Saturday from Liberty High School in Hillsboro.

DUFUR – Being part of a program that has won eight state championships, Cole Kortge knows what is at stake every time he and his Dufur Ranger teammates step on the gridiron. Saturday at Dufur High School, Kortge and the No. 2 Rangers led 26-0 at the half enroute to a 50-12 victory in a 1A state football quarterfinal matchup against No. 7 Adrian-Jordan Valley.
