Mill Creek Point Assisted Living Community is seeking a fulltime LPN. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys coaching, team building, and promoting quality care. Duties include monitoring and ordering supplies, assisting with service plans, medication audits, coordinating with physicians, pharmacies, etc. Essential qualities include good communication, leadership skills, professional appearance and behavior, attention to detail, knowledge of correct medication administration procedures and a good sense of humor. Prefer a minimum of at least one year home health or geriatric nursing in a similar position. The right candidate will have energy, passion and excellence.
