In Defense of My Generation
Jade we need more representatives of Millennial generation like you! And I agree it is so important to teach children early work ethics and to volunteer. We have created a situation due to government rules and regulations that keep young people from learning to work at a young age. It's a shame... But volunteer and learning to give to others is a huge learning experience, I'm still learning from it. Not sure who gets the most out of it, those volunteering or those receiving. Have a hunch its the former. Almost all the young people of your generation are great individuals!! You are right on.

Don't call me a dieter
I've been reading everything I can with a limited amount of time to do some investigating on the vegan way of life. Do you have any suggestions for a site that will give me a basic menu to follow that I don't have to spend hours cooking or hunting for something to cook. Breakfast seems to be my biggest problem. I've found lots of recipes for muffins to make. Just nothing that is quick and easy. You've given me the determination to try this and I thank you. Now to put it into use.
