Looking for friendly, service-oriented people with excellent communication and computer skills. You will be trained in taking inbound calls to assist our customers with a seamless and friendly shopping experience, facilitating any returns, and everything in between to create a positive customer experience. These positions will be seasonal; training will begin in October with the majority of the positions ending mid-January. We offer three shifts between the hours of 5:00 am – 9:00 pm Monday – Saturday. This is a great opportunity to boost your holiday budget as well as gain valuable office and customer service skills. Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook preferred but not required.
ASSOCIATE – SEASONAL
Looking for friendly, service-oriented people with good interpersonal skills to join our call center team during our busy Holiday season. Candidates must be flexible in switching between tasks, assisting clients with escalated situations, strong in time management and communication, and willing to go above and beyond for our Corporate clients. Responsibilities include managing, documenting and uploading corporate sales orders; following up with Corp. clients; tracking and reporting customer service issues; assisting with printing and other needs for production; and assisting with Customer Service inbound call ques during high call volume peaks. Must have experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Sales experience preferred, but not required. Job will begin in October and end after Christmas.
