FRIDAY PINOCHLE: Friday night Pinochle at the Mid-Columbia Senior Center, 1112 W 9th Street, The Dalles. Play begins at 6 p.m. New players and beginners welcome. Enter through the door on the 10th Street side. For more information contact the Center.

Saturday, Jan 12

PHOTO PRESERVATION: Carolyn Purcell will give a free lecture on preserving old photographs and documents at 10:30 a.m. in the Columbia Gorge Discovery Center’s downstairs classroom. The lecture covers various types of photo processes used throughout history and best practices for handling and storing them, as well as historical documents. Open to the public; $1 donation towards room rental fees appreciated.

SATURDAY BINGO: Bingo at the Mid-Columbia Senior Center, 1112 W 9th Street, The Dalles. Doors open at 4 p.m. Bingo starts at 6 p.m. All ages welcome. New players encouraged to arrive by 5:30 p.m.

Tuesday, Jan 15

LYLE LIONS: Senior Meals at noon.  Lyle Lions Community Center.  Corner of Hwy 14 and 5th St.  Public is welcome.

CHRISTIAN YOGA: Yoga classes every Tuesday, 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. at Gateway Presbyterian Church, 1111 Dry Hollow Rd., The Dalles.
